It simply works. My setup (a bit messy): desktop PC and Macbook Pro from work; the PC and my monitor are both old DVI, while the Mac has only HDMI option. So I bought HDMI-to-DVI connectors, and all works as expected. All good, all nice, easy to setup, simple, good, and I hope reliable, too.

Works great

Solid little box - like the construction. Using it with a Dell XPS (with the Tuwejia USB C to HDMI Multiport Adapter) and with a larger HP laptop. Both recognize the device, can get their keyboard and mouse over the one USB connection and the picture quality has been great. I don't have to switch often, so I tucked it behind the larger laptop; the selection LED isn't too bright unlike some others I've used so this setup works well.

Excellent Purchase

This KVM is perfect for what I needed in order to share my keyboard and mouse between my work laptop and home computer. I'm also very happy that it also comes with the necessary cables to hook up both computers. I am very pleased with this purchase (Great bargain for what you pay for) and highly recommend it.

Works great

Worked after first setup. No issues whatsoever. Automatically detects which computer I turn on first. Have used daily for two weeks now.

KVM Review

This device worked find with a laptop and a desktop (as I hoped it would). I then upgraded the video card on the desktop. When the desktop is active, the monitor started blanking out. It would go black, and then come back, then go black again to the point it became unusable. I researched this issue and it can be caused by a video splitter when the HDMI loses it's signal. Plugging the desktop directly into the monitor works fine, just a bit inconvenient. Since this KVM does split the HDMI signal, this is probably an issue with the KVM. Update: Ordered a better HDMI cable. Ran it from the KVM output to the monitor and the blinking stopped. Problem with cable, not KVM.

Great Little Box

I wanted a device that would let me use a 40inch 1080p TV I'm using as a monitor and 2 PCs. After researching this device I decided to go ahead and purchase. It cost a little more than others i saw on amazon but because of the construction and accessories provided, I decided to purchase this one. I am happy with my decision, it work like a charm right out of the box. No drivers no additional accessories needed, all provided by manufacturer. You wont be disappointed.

After 4 different devices, I found one I really like!

I gave this KVM Switch a 5 star rating across the board. The first one I received worked except for the video on one channel. I called for support and less than 2 days later I had a replacement in hand which works great. Likes: First of all, it does what it says it will do - no hidden problems. I am using it to drive a very large display at 4096 x 2160. The image and video/sound are crisp and clear. Second, the unit which measures approx 1-3/4" high by 6" wide by 3" deep fits under my monitor with the selection switches and indicators facing me. It has 2 indicators for each channel, both of which are bright blue and for me very easy to see and aesthetically pleasing , one is for the channel currently selected and the other indicates if the power is on at the various computers. I have 2 laptops and one raspberry pi connected and if power is on at one of these devices, the corresponding indicator is on at the switch. Third, I love the switching options - either press one of the buttons on the front of the device or double-click the scroll lock key and then press a number key, 1 through 4. Not 2 keys down at the same time, just double-click and then a number. Works flawlessly. Also, if you have one computer selected, and you turn on another one, the KVM switch automatically changes to the one that you just turned on. Switching from one computer to another takes from 2 to 4 seconds consistently. Cons: The ONLY thing I wished was different (and this is just windows reacting to the loss of an external monitor) is that on my windows 10 machines, any windows I have open may be rearranged during the time I switch to another computer and then back again. Bottom Line - I don't like doing reviews and you won't find many from em on amazon, but this KVM switch is what I have been looking for - literally for years. Now, I'm just going to keep my fingers crossed that it doesn't develop any problems over time. Hats off to the engineers that designed this one - good job!

This HDMI KVM WORKS! And it is very affordable.

I bought one for home and it worked so well that I bought a second one for work. both are switching between a MAC and an HPE Windows machines and they work very well.
