Perfect for USB-C/HDMI Dongles

I picked up a dongle to connect my Switch to my TV through an HDMI cable. All the USB-C power sources I had available didn't supply enough juice to allow the Switch to display on my TV. So, I picked up this li'l guy, and now I have a nice portable solution to connect my Switch to a TV without the need to lug around the dock.

Perfect replacement

We needed an additional charger for the Switch so we wouldn’t have to unplug the one from the dock every time we take it somewhere. As others have mentioned, it seems so ridiculous that the same device can cost so much more despite having all of the same specs and features. I am impressed that this one come with so many safety features, and can handle international voltages up to 240V. If we ever need to take it overseas, it will be great to have that available. But as to its current performance, I can’t say anything but nice things. It charges the Switch just as fast (although I think it was a little faster), than the OEM charger, and just to test, we replaced the OEM charger on the dock with this one for a couple of days, and saw no difference in charging or game-play. I don’t know if anybody else has noticed this, but apparently, this charger can also charge regular devices that require only 5 volts, but use the USB type-C connector. Maybe the manufacturer can confirm that, but based on the specs and sticker it would seem that way. Anyway, that just seems like a bonus at this point.

Just as good as the licensed product

After owning a Switch for some time, I always found it rather annoying to have to take the charger room to room with me or keep attaching/unattaching it to the Switch base. Now I can keep a charger at my bedside as well as one in the dock. This device works great and I highly reccomend it.

Works with dock station

Received promptly and works with the Nintendo Switch dock station. Found out after buying a travel cable that not all are compatible with the dock in order for the dock to connect to the TV. This one does, now we can play on the TV.

Would buy again

We’ve only had this a short while now maybe a month. So far it works just like an original charger for quite a bit less price. So far happy with this purchase.

Solid adapter - works the same as the official one

Purchased this as a cheaper alternative to Nintendo's power cable which is pretty overpriced at $30 or whatever the retail is. This guy has all the same specs as the official, works fine with the dock, and charges at the correct speed (unlike a lot of 3rd party switch adapters). It's done the job perfectly so far, absolutely great adapter for the price and dock compatible so it hits all the marks as a good replacement or additional switch adapter. Good stuff.

Excellent charger for the Nintendo Switch!

My son has been using this charger for about three months now. He leaves the factory charger plugged into the docking station and uses this one when we are on the road or when he plays at friends' houses. It has been working just as well as the original that came with the Nintendo Switch. I would HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone with a Nintendo Switch!
