Easy to use, solid, and cost effective

For many years, I have been using Bushnell Rangefinders. This AOFAR GX-2s is only a fraction of the cost. But it is so easy to use and very accurate. In particular, I like these two features very much: 1. Flagpole Lock with Vibration. Hold the button and scan around the pin, and it'll lock the exact pin position with vibration. This feature is so easy to use, and very accurate; 2. Slop compensation. It shows two distances: the horizontal distance, and the actual distance to hit for considering slopes. I have tried pick the right club using the compensated distance, and it is very helpful. Overall, I like this product. It is solid, waterproof, accurate, easy to operate, and cost effective. I'd recommend it to my golf friends strongly.

Very good for the price

In comparison to Bushnell, which all my buddies have, this is such a bargain and just as good. I'm not the best golfer, nor do I care to be really, but I like to have a lot of gadgets in case I ever decide to work hard at it. I also have the Sky Caddie LinxGT so I compared the yardage to the Aofar range finder as well as with my buddies using their more expensive version. Honestly, it comes up with nearly the same yardage as the Bushnell (sometimes a half yard different at most) and is always within the same range as my Sky Caddie (it measures to center of green). If you put a cover on it, no one will even know that it isn't a top brand version. I feel much more satisfied with this purchase than most of my friends since I didn't waste $300 on a range finder (heck, your phone will be doing it soon without GPS). I definitely recommend for any level of golfer. Of course, if you are so accurate that you can hit the ball to 157.2 yds as read by the GPS and complain it was off by a half yard, then maybe you should pass. All others who are slightly interested should give it a try. Fore!

Excellent Range Finder, Beautiful Design and Great Price!

As a regular Joe who play golf only once per week, I was looking for a range finder that can help me to improve my game without breaking the bank. I found this one after some research. I ordered on Friday late night and saw it Monday after work. I tried it on the course today and this what I felt: PROS: 1. Beautiful design, the black/white color make it eye catching. Very light, easy to hold, the wrist strap makes you feel safe when hold it. The carrying pouch is very solid like a premium camera case. 2. Easy to use. Point it and press the power button and you get the distance in meter or yard. 3. Great lens. It is very clear. The 6x magnification makes it very easy even to find your lost ball (side benefits)! 4. The reading is very accurate. CONS: 1. It would be better if the plastic wrist strap cover can be removed and change the color to black. It would look and feel premium without the plastic cover. SUMMARY: I like it very much. I highly recommend this product.

Great product at half the cost!

I was looking for a rangefinder replacement for my more expensive bushnell that was stolen. I saw the AOFAR product and thought I would give it a chance. The product came 3 days early and is very easy to use. I will say it takes slightly longer to lock onto the flagstick than my older bushnell ( maybe 3 seconds instead of 1) but besides that, this product works great! The slope feature is a wonderful addition. I have played two rounds with it and loved it. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality rangefinder at half the cost.

Boyfriend loves it!

I'm not a real golfer and my boyfriend kept telling me he needs a range finder. This is the one I landed on and he loves it. He uses it on every drive, every swing makes me laugh but he loves his gadgets. He says it's the best thing ever!

The AOFAR GOLF G2 range finder has equal precise accuracy/function versus other leading brands of golf range finders. The price paid is 1/3 of the other leading brands of golf range finders. I recommend the AOFAR GOLF G2 range finder with all pros with no cons.

So far accurate readings

Easy to use and so far accurate within a couple of yards of my Bushnell range finder. This is the second one I ordered as the first went MIA in shipping. I had read where people could not use the pin locate function, I have not really had an issue with it and it locks on.
