I'll have to admit I was a bit hesitant about this product. My little boy is always hard to please, he has been slobbering like crazy and clearly in the middle of a teething cry phase. Nothing I have tried has worked with the little guy because he likes his pacifier way too much. When I saw this product I knew it was something we had to at least try that would hopefully kill two birds with one stone. The cold definitely distracts him and I'd like to think gives him some teething relief, at least that seems to be the case. I was pleasantly surprised how much my little guy got attached to this dang thing. It stayed cool about 2 hours and when the Ice turned into water i thought for sure it was going to leak all over but it didn't. at all My baby doesn't let the pacifier out of his sight. I told my sister about these and she said her daughter cry's when she takes her's away to re-freeze it. So I would highly recommend a two pack to anyone thinking about this product. Anyone with a teething child who doesn't have teeth should absolutely get this!!! Hope this helps...
