I decided to buy this protection plan for my daughter's new Fire 7 since her previous tablet did not have one. You live and you learn, so better safe than sorry. I think it's a great value for three years of peace of mind.

I have bought these protection plans since they first became available, but never had the need to use them until this past summer. I dropped my fire 7 it was in a case but the case opened during the fall and the screen shattered. I had zero problems filings a claim and received a replacement in 2 days

Great Customer Service

I am very happy with the protection plan that I purchased from Square Trade for my Kindle Fire 7. Due to some problems with how I was going to pay for my purchase, I started to cancel this order and the man I talked with was very gracious to me and understanding of the problem that I was having. After talking with my husband we decided to keep the order as was. The man that I spoke with was so very kind and helpful and assured me that the order would not be canceled, after I changed my mind again. With that kind of customer service I am happy to do business with Square Trade and with Amazon. Their customer service also was involved in working on the problem I had. Even though it did not work out for me to pay the way that I initially wanted to pay, everyone at Amazon were also very kind and helpful. After speaking with one lady, she transferred me to someone that she thought would be able to help me more, without me requesting the transfer.

The best technical support for the Kindle Fire there is...

I am glad I haven't had to use my Square Trade warranty on my Kindle Fire yet, but I am very familiar with this company from my previous experiences. The laptop I currently own is a 15'' Acer that once had hinge issues as well as a faulty fan. After I sent my Acer laptop to Square Trade, their technicians repaired my laptop and I received it as if it was brand new (it wasn't new, of course). If there were a better company than Square Trade, then I must have been living under a rock for so many long years.

Great way to protect your investment

Good value

Protects my tablet for 3 years.

Very pleased. Already purchased a warranty from this co again.

So far, so good. Bought a kindle fire as a gift and purchased this warranty for it. There was already an issue with the kindle after a couple weeks. After contacting the warranty co, they just coordinated for Amazon to send a replacement without opening a claim. I have already purchased another kindle as a gift and this warranty for it as well.

Hopefully I don't have to use...

But I'm really glad it's available. I take my Kindke with me almost everywhere, and I generally have several books in progress at once, so it's nice to have the protection just in case. I love knowing that I don't have to be paranoid or super concerned (cuz I'm kinda freaky about my tech if it's not insured abd well protected) about my kindle. I'm really happy with my kindle, and I'd be lost without it and my kindle app on my phone! I wouldn't use it st all without this plan!

I wouldn't get a Kindle without this protection

I always get the protection. Amazon and Squaretrade are excellent at keeping my little ones happy because they are so quick to replace broken items. I wouldn't get a Kindle without this protection
