5 year warranty!

5 year warranty! That was amazing. I had not read that on the reviews until we get the package and it is right on the box. Of course you have to register the product, but I think that is a big selling point. At first I did think buying a $20 electric toothbrush was a bit much, but the reviews about the kid's actually being excited about using it was convincing. Then with the added warranty made it even a better purchase. I would recommend. The brush vibrates and rotates! We just help the kid's out because we want it to be effective. The cup is nice for small hands and the timer also helps.

My daughter loved this set immediately

My daughter loved this set immediately! It was exactly what I was looking for to ensure she spends enough time brushing. The timer easily flips upside down and everything is really easy to use. Initially, the brush head was coming off while brushing but we just had to make sure it was :locked in". Since then, no other issues. It's cute and perfect for a child. Also, it comes with a brush head replacement (as seen in the picture) but we don't keep it on the stand since it isn't covered. Would definitely recommend. I purchased two additional brush heads for this set.

Love this Affordable kid friendly tooth brush.

I bought this for my 5 year old son. I and my wife have been using leading brand electric brush for a while, and every time my son’s see us using it, and would ask us when can he have his own. So when the time came, we decided to browse through and came across this brush. Initially were reluctant to buy as this was unknown brand to us, but after reading the reviews wanted to give a shot. Ordered ‘Jovie the Giraffe’ and my son was eagerly waiting for it asking me everyday if it arrived. Finally after it arrived he has been using it and loves it. It comes with entire set of cup , holder and a sand timer that helps brushing for the recommended timing. He loves brushing with it. I am glad we purchased it and for the price it is worth 100%.

Snappy is a huge hit!

Snappy was one of my three year old son's Christmas presents, and he has been a huge hit in our house. This was my son's first electronic toothbrush, and I was afraid the noise might scare him, but that has not been the case at all. He absolutely adores him. My son calls him a 'dinosaur' and gets so excited when he takes the cap off and puts it back on. He always yells "now he's a dinosaur," and "now he's a toothbrush." It's super cute. He always flips the sand timer himself, and the on and off buttons are easily pushed by him also. I feel great knowing that his teeth are getting cleaner than they did with his old manual brush. And the entire set is just super adorable. He also loves the rinse cup, and can't wait to use the spare "purple brush". My son's bedtime routine always starts with brushing his teeth, and Snappy had made our bedtime routine much quicker and less drawn out since my son is always so excited to run and get snappy.

This brush is definitely more appealing to my 3.5 y.o. son than a manual kids brush he has been using. I like the idea of the base that keeps everything neat and organized and my son eagerly uses all parts of the set. I like that the hour glass is attached to the base, so it is easy for a child to flip it without knocking it off the sink. The rinse cup that has it's own spot in the base is a nice addition too. With every piece having it's own place in the base, it felt like the cover for the brush should also have a spot where it would sit while the brush is in use, but we just put it on the sink, or try to balance it in the spot for the brush. Another thing, the off button is a little hard to press for a child, although with both hands he managed to press it. Overall, the product is what I was looking for: my son is now happy to brush his teeth, and even went for a second round right after he brushed them once. He enjoys using every piece from his little teeth brushing stand and is proud he can use it all on his own.

Fun toothbrush

Update: I am updating my review to 5 stars, customer service was great and contacted me and offered replacement. My daughter really did like using this toothbrush, and made brushing her teeth so much easier. Can’t wait to get the new one and start using it again. I like this toothbrush but it stopped working a month after my daughter started using it. I changed the batteries and it still doesn’t work so I think it is defective. My older daughter has the same one she has been using for two years with no problems... it is a good size toothbrush but it is very loud and the buttons are hard to push, my three year old can’t turn it on by herself.

This set it’s definitely worth the money for one reason only... I finally got my toddler excited about brushing his teeth! Every night was a hassle, but one day, I run into this product while looking for something totally different! Lol. I decided to give it a try and oh boy! I am a happy mama!!When my son saw this, he was extremely excited. He loved the sand timer and loved how he had to use the water cup. For a mom that also has a new born baby, knowing that I did not have to hassle anymore with my son every night made this set priceless. I was concerned because some reviews said that the brush was harsh, but my son had not complains at all. He even tells me that I need to wait until the time runs out!!! Totally recommended! BTW! He shows it to every friend that comes to the house.

Great toothbrush

I purchased the pink toothbrush for my 6 year old daughter. She loves using the toothbrush and I love it as well. I am very happy with the product- on scale of 1-5, we both rate it a 5. Favorite features: Cup for rinsing timer holder that keeps everything organized cap to keep brush clean Extra brush head Toothbrush chart I would highly recommend this toothbrush to everyone with kids. One comment- I don’t think the toothbrush chart is re-usable. We were thinking about using it with a dry erase marker, but already started with a marker. We will print more for each week, but it be great to reuse it, since my daughter loves marking her days off.

WOULD BUY AGAIN GR8 PRODUCT GR8 CUSTOMER SERVICE

Buy for 2 reasons: 1. Customer Service: Somehow through a glitch I received a replacement set because they thought I wrote a review saying it did not work for me..(I did not see #2 for review on product)....they sent a pleasant letter signed by an actual person and left a number, they were easy to reach, willing to listen and help me figure out how the mix up happened, and did not ask me to go out of my way to return the item.......in fact I will still purchase another one because I need one for a boy.........and I saw a cute giraffe one 2. I bought this for my girls after their 3 year old clean bill of health dentist appointment as a gift for doing soo well with brushing their teeth. I knew they needed a timer and a place to stash their toothbrush and mouthwash cup, plus Id been looking at upgrading to an electric for them. They love it.....I have no complaints.....I even bought one for their younger sibling and the youngest will get one soon as well.....!! Ive had to change the batteries several times already but it gets used twice a day so I suppose thats expected. Each of my kids has one and the baby will be getting one soon too!!!!! I'm big on customer service and standing by your product....for that reason alone even if it broke now, about a year later from original purchase, Id probably purchase it again.......

Good deal

So cute for $20. My son is 4 and he loves this toothbrush. He also likes that he can keep track of his daily brushes with the chart. One thing to recommend, I put the chart in a document protector so I can use it more than once with a dry erase marker. No need in printing so many copies. Other than that , great buy!
