I like the complete package of the rack + straps + velcro. Works well with my kayak. The rack feels solid and at no risk of falling off.

What a great deal!!

While I had to do a little hack (4 14 cent washers, 1/4" by 1") to get these to work with the BMW racks, they are really great. One con, the hooks dont actually fit the rack very well. .too tight. SO I bought some ratchet tie downs (4 for 10 bucks) and will use them instead. Never trust one tie down anyhow. . .

Perfect racks for taller vehicles.

It is different than most j-racks in that is tilts the boats outward rather than inward, but there is no flaw in this. The racks are very strong and easy to use. These racks will be my first choice, especially on taller vehicles.

Did not work well with my crossbars. They are sturdy.
