Not happy about the delivery

Works great! But showed up on my doorstep in the Xbox box. Anyone walking by would see that it was an Xbox One just sitting there ripe for the taking. It should have been in another box for protection and to disguise what was inside. Poor customer service! 👎

Good system, but could be golden with a few tweaks...

This is my honest opinion based on almost 3 months of use. In general, we really like the Xbox One X system. Here are the positives: > The graphics are out of this world; > Setting up an account is easy, and transferring Xbox Live account data is a breeze > Plays both DVD and BluRay videos > Plays 4k videos, and operates with 4k TV's > Offers Wi-Fi and Ethernet internet connections > Has a smaller footprint The negatives: > Updates right out of the box and takes forever to do so, regardless of internet speed ***appears to be due to Microsoft network servers being overburdened*** > Requires an app for everything, including to read a DVD/BluRay disk > ALL games; regardless of having a disk, require download and storage on the hard drive, or an external hard drive, and can take a long time to download due to internet speed and/or Microsoft server overburdened by users > Although smaller than the Xbox 360, it's also heavier, due to its larger hard drive > Apps and games are huge files and use a lot of storage space; recommend an external drive Past that, it is actually a really good system. It can just be a bit more cumbersome than older consoles. And if Microsoft would update their servers to handle all the users, and you've got access to DSL or better yet, fiber optic internet service -- ahhhhhh, it'd be golden!

Upgraded to XB1.x

Got this to replace my original xb1. Showed up fast, in good condition, and with a discreet shipping box. Console updates and app downloads took 20 mins. Games take longer to download but that's normal. If it's your first xb1, get a charging cable and battery kit - only other thing to have. Was surprised the hdmi cable was included but might not have remembered that coming with the last xb1 I bought. Good seller. Thx.
