Great for night time reading.

This clip on desk light brought much more to the table than I expected. To start off, the size of the lamp itself surprised me as I expected it to be smaller than it actually is. The size is comparable to the forearm of a man. The other detail that impressed me the most is the sheer luminosity that this light brings. At max brightness this lamp can fully illuminate my living room and hallway. The cable is of a decent size but nothing too extravagant. The 3 light temperature settings are all very pleasant and can adapt to any buyers preference. The lamp can be positioned with its neck that allows for greater versatility than you may be thinking of before buying this product. I don't regret having this lamp and I fully recommend it. You can also attach it to your bed like I did for a nice light to read. 10/10 would buy again.

Works as advertised

The light has 3 settings; clear, warm, and harsh. All work well. There is a dimmer switch. This product is great when like me you work in a darkened room and like a little controllable light. The stem is very flexible allowing control over where light is directed. I recommend it.

Good for reading at night!

It’s actually more than I expected! It is very flexible and got three colors of lights and I guess they serve for different purposes. It is good for me since I like to read at night, and the adjustable brightness actually make a big difference! Will recommend!

Strong and versatile

This is not your average book light. It is significantly larger and much more powerful. The gooseneck arm is about 15 inches and the power cable is about 5 feet. The clamp is very strong and will grab on to most any flat surface up to 1.5 inches thick. I like that the system remembers your last setting (as long as it remains plugged in). The light is powerful enough to illuminate a small workstation or can be dimmed to a level for just reading if need be.

Worth the money

This light is extremely useful. It holds its own weight very well and it has a plethora of light modes. It's not very invasive either. I use this light for streaming, but it would work well for just about any application. USB powered is very handy.

Life saver when i do my homework

This is a life saver for school. I just love this product it has 3 settings of light and i use every single one i just love this while doing my homework this helps me a lot another thing that i really like is that it doesn’t take any space on my desk it just takes up the edge

Definitely beats IKEA's Hårte LED work lamp

I was using the Ikea Hårte LED work lamp, but it broke a couple of weeks ago and now I found this which looked very beautiful and versatile and hence I bought it and I really love it because it's much better than the one which I had from IKEA. This are the advantages over the IKEA work lamp. The iVict: - is cheaper - has adjustable color temperature - is dimmable (IKEA just on/off) - less dazzling (better protection to the side) - has more flexibility with the goose neck - has a strong clip holder Disadvantage of the iVict: - has no good stand for free standing - can't be just turned on with a switchable USB power hub (you need to click at the control panel) But overall the disadvantages are so minor, that the huge advantages are prevailing by far over the IKEA lamp, hence I'm super happy with it. It gives me much better quality light at my working place. I can adjust it perfectly to the point, where I need, how much I need and the color temperature I need and it saves me lots of desk space with the clamp!
