Works perfectly for chipmunks

Bought these to catch a couple chipmunks that are tearing up my outside porch. I received them yesterday and set them out in the afternoon with some bird food in them. This morning I had already caught one of the 2 little guys causing my issues and relocated him to a nice park. Took me less than a minute to set these up, super easy.. releasing was just as fast, pulled the release door up and he ran off into the trees.

Works Like a Charm!

This trap worked great! Setting it is as simple as it gets. I had a wayward chipmunk that found his way into my home through an open window while I was cleaning the screens and he camped out in my house for two weeks. The larger "small animal" trap wouldn't trigger, but I discovered this one. I set the trap, left for an hour and a half and came home to find the little critter inside. Highly recommend this for smaller critters! I was happy to set him free without harm to him at all.

Great easy to use love be trap!

I grow tomatoes and the last two years chipmunks have been eating them. This set of two traps arrived yesterday. I set them up in the evening. This month ending when I got up there was nothing in the traps. Within an hour both traps had a tomato bandit trapped. I relocated those varmits and reset the traps. The traps are full again by 5pm the same day. These work great I’ll end up buying more so I don’t need to make as many trips relocating my pesky thieves!

Ought these and they did work, but now one of them WON’T WORK,,,,, the door will not shut at all. The rat must have removed the spring that makes the door spring shut.🙄🤔😲. Don’t know what else happened to the spring. Now worthless When I reported that one of the traps was broken by a RAT, this company replaced the traps plus some extra items. I would RECOMMEND THIS SELLER TO EVERYONE. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE 👍👍👍👍👍

Fantastic Product, Highly recommend!

Had a Chipmunk problem. Little buggers were destroying my plants and causing havoc on my patio. Within an hour of putting these out we caught two of them. Didn't want to harm them and being in the middle of the summer, relocation was ideal. I hope they are happy in the corn fields next to the forest we set them free in. There is even a babbling brook near by. They must be happy because they have not returned. Thanks for a great product that didn't physically harm the little ones!!

It can catch a rat

This product did exactly what I wanted it to do. It caught a rat, allowing me to move one more out of my house. It did not catch a big rat, but a breeding population of rats produces a lot of small ones that will grow up and produce more so catching small ones is every bit as important as catching large adult individuals. Used together with a rat contraceptive product (yes, they exist!) we should be clear of rats after a few months without resorting to poisons.

Product works as described. Very simple to use. Shipping smooth. Sender very friendly and sent extra email instructions. Pleased with this product and company. Took two days, but the rat took the bait. Unfortunately he must have been ill, or something wrong with him, he was found dead inside trap overnight. Had air holes so not sure why he passed away. Was hoping to do catch and release. Baited with peanutbutter and a tad bit of cheese.

Simple design, easy to bait and set the trigger

I'm trying to catch a runaway pet rat that I don't want to kill. I have a standard Havahart rat trap but this trap is so much better! It's a really brilliant, simple, and effective design. You don't even need to read the instructions to know what to do. It takes a minute or less to set it up. The only down side is its size. I think a big rat would have a tough time squeezing into it. A half inch bigger in each direction would be a useful improvement, otherwise, it is perfect.

I haven't caught anything yet but I know people that have had good luck with these before. It's a great way not to hurt the animal. My intention is to transport to an open area and release. I wish the directions told you how to reopen the trap to safely release the animal. None the less, it was a good value.

Gotcha

The traps do their thing, but the whole release thing is awkward. When you live in the city, releasing them just means they will either return to you or be set free to return to someone else. Nonetheless, as before mention, the traps catch chipmunks or smaller rodents (to include mice).
