Works great!

Works great- using it to play Switch games with GameCube controllers. Worked with MarioKart, Smash Ultimate, Towerfall, Ultimate Chicken Horse, Duck Game, and Overcooked (basically any game that allows you to use 1 Joy-Con as a controller).

Works perfectly fine

I’ve been using this a lot to play on my Nintendo Switch and PC. It works perfectly fine for the switch but on the PC, I’d have to push the L and R buttons all the way down for the buttons to register, but I seriously doubt that’s the product’s fault. I feel like it’s the button mapping on my PC’s fault. Despite that, that minor annoyance isn’t bothersome enough for me to do anything about it. I’m overall pretty satisfied with this adapter.

Affordable and Great Quality?

I actually just recently bought my switch with super smash bros and had all my original GameCube controllers. But I didn't know which adapter was the best and worth the price, well if you made it to this review? Buy this adapter! It's completely perfect and it's worth the money.

Just like the good old days

I love me some Smash Bros, but I can only play it with a GameCube controller. Anything else and I flail away like a total noob. That said, I refuse to pay an arm and a leg just to use controllers I’ve already owned for 16 years. With this, I spent only $9 on sale and I couldn’t be happier.

Must buy for previous GameCube owners!

If you are a Switch owner who kept their GameCube and GameCube controllers, this is a must have. As someone who enjoyed playing Super Smash bros Brawl on the GameCube, it is nice to use the same controllers to play SSBU on the Switch. Not to mention this is a much cheaper alternative than buying multiple Switch controllers.
