Great idea, well executed

I use these for what they were advertised for and several other applications. They hold a two terabyte digital drive and they connection cord very well and seem very secure. I use them for storing several thumb drives as well, they keep the dust and debris out of the USB connector. A good idea that is well executed. I highly recommend these for those uses and you can probably think of several more.

Does its job perfectly

Seems like it was a good buy. Its a hard shell that zips together. The inside is soft with a net on each side (one for the eh and one for the cord.) It fits nicely and the nets secure the eh and the cord. The zipper and the fabric surrounding the zipper seems like if you give it enough wear and tear, the fabric might rip or the zipper could get stuck. I'll update this if it happens.

Sturdiness

Has a netted pouch for the cord and an elastic cord to hold my hard drive in place. I throw it into my bag and feel confident that my drive is protected against everything else I toss in! Cord can stay connected to the drive and drive can stay under the cord and I can still plug it in to my desktop/laptop.

Nice and priced very well

This case fits the Toshiba 2 TB external drive quite well with an inch to spare. There's a netted side space with enough room for the cable & perhaps a couple of small items, as well. I imagine any external drive approximately 1/2-3/4 inch thick will also fit. The case lightly textured & is hard enough to protect, w/ just a bit of flex. It zips smoothly, so it will be a great little carrying case for travel. I marked as I have a 500 GB drive in a similar case as well. mine with a "Silver" marking pen.. Highly recommend

Would buy again!

Very solid and durable. My Toshiba backup drive is about an inch smaller than the case, but the strap holds it securely. The cord fits nicely into the mesh pocket in the lid. Great protection! I'm very happy with being able to use this to safely transport and/or store my backup drive.

Keeps it Safe

I purchased this to keep my external hard drive safe. My hard drive has all of my photos on it for the past 5 years or so, and I wanted to make sure it was safe from bumps and dust. I think this works great! It's hard sided so if it were to get bumped or dropped, the equipment inside would be safe and secure. I think it was also very cost effective. I would highly recommend this product if you're going to be carrying your hard drive with you, maybe traveling or moving, and you want to keep it safe. It's a good product.

Great case for small external hard drive

I bought a new small external hard drive & knew I'd crack it or leave it where it would get dirty. I didn't want to spend a lot or get something fancy. This semi-hard case zips around, opens wide, holds the drive under stretch mesh on one side & holds a USB cord under stretch mesh on the other side & didn't cost much. (Bonus - won't lose or forget the cord!)

Nice case

This hard case was great for my Toshiba external hard drive. It's well made. Has enough space for the hard drive, the cable y some small notes if you need to.

Protect your HD's

Very good product. I tend to keep all my hard drives, flash drives etc in cases. I love to be organized and this is a must. If you want to take care of your HD then I suggest this one. Could be a little more cushion but for the price? It does its job
