Good product, good company

It's a very sturdy case. A little bulky, but odds are if you're getting a dual-sided case with an embedded kickstand you knew this already; in fact its actually less bulky than I'd have guessed from the photos. The kickstand is solid, and won't tip over unless you poke hard at the upper corners. You can also loop your fingers inside to use it almost like a ring, though its a bit sharp and pointy so be creative in finding a comfortable grip if you're using the kickstand that way. The rubber siding though is soft and easily grippy, with satisfying feedback to the buttons. I'm not the biggest fan of having an integrated plastic screen cover (I'd rather the option to have a screen-adhering glass screen protector), but this feature is also found in all its direct competitors; you can remove the thin plastic yourself if you feel like risking your warranty. I'm actually using my second version of the case because I had an issue (entirely of my own making, I realized in retrospect) with wireless charging. When I emailed the company asking for advice, they immediately sent me out a replacement product, no hassles, without me even asking for it. I was impressed by their responsiveness. I do think the product is a little pricey given that at the end of the day it's a plastic case, but its still the cheapest case on the market that offers an upright kickstand, and they do not skimp on build quality to beat the competitors. And ultimately, you're buying this because its bulky with a kickstand, not in spite of it.

So far so good. A little difficult to get apart in order to get it on the phone but easy to pop back together. Its lightweight but feels like it could handle a high drop.

Poetic Cases are the BEST EVER!

Perfect value

I loved the case from the moment I put it on my new phone. It feels like a really good and quality case. It has a nice feel to it and has already protected my phone in a few drops (I have 3 little kids, who love to snatch my phone).

This a the best case I've ever bought. I was so afraid of dropping my phone. This case is not slippery, locks into place, hugs your phone, comes with its own screen protector and built in back stand.

4.99 'stars', actually...

I received the case just today, so this review is primarily a 'first impression' review. A very minor note that prevents (for me) a full 5-star rating to save the next buyer the same surprise. Unknowingly, the case comes with two plastic screen protectors. The outer one was obvious, but I missed the inside one. After inserting the phone and sealing it in the case, it was obvious that there was now wavy-ness and bubbles on the screen. Took apart the case and removed the inner plastic, and now have a perfectly clear, bubble-free screen. I'm not sure how often I'll use the stand, but it could be handy. I'm not sure how long the stand will last, as collapsing/closing it is somewhat difficult. The color blue of the case is a much brighter blue than the photos indicate. I like the size and weight of the case and it seems like it's going to be good protection for my new phone.

Improved case

Second case from Poetic. Had one for S8 and liked it for it's protection without bulk. Poetic has made needed improvements for the port doors. The new case has the right amount of flexibility to open for charging and headphones without tearing, and still close up snugly when not in use to keep out sand, dirt, pocket lintel etc. Haven't had any complaints for microphone or speaker degradation. All buttons fit and response are very good. Feels great in my hand. Still fits in front or back jean pockets.

Best Case I have Ever Purchased

I love this case. I bought it a week ago and I have already dropped it 3 times and it has protected my case perfectly. I have two boys so my phone is pretty much always in danger without a case. I love the stand because when I am at work I can place it on my desk and check my messages with ease. Also the price is amazing. You get a GREAT case for half the price of other cases. This is a fantastic deal.

Very nice case all the way around. The kick stand, which I use quite a bit, is a bit challenging to disengage to close. Love this case !

Happy with this case

Since I am prone to dropping my phone I need a good quality case.The case itself feels prefect in my hands,not slippery.The kick stand works. It was easy to install and literally took me 30seconds to do.I am able to access all the ports and openings.I am happy with my phone case :)
