My previous xbox got his by a power surge during a storm (be sure your cable coax is plugged into a power surge protector. Live and learn) so I ordered this right away. Product was new, in box, the box was not opened previously as all is and looks brand new. No issues at all.

Great game system! However...

I love the X-Box One. But although Microsoft crushes the PS Pro in the "backward" games category- it has poor JRPG new-game-offers compared to the PS. I still love the X-Box, but it has been sitting since I got the pathetic tossed Final Fantasy 15.

I love this item! First gaming system ever! Easy to hook up, even with my 10 year old tv! I also like the 4k ulta capability. It came with just one controller, I think for the price there should be 2. I had to buy also separately a charging dock and rechargeable batteries.

Got this on sale! Came from CA to Fl in 4 days. I couldn’t believe it. Not a scratch on the box even. This Xbox has much better graphics than my original Xbox. Had to opt in buying a new one because the old VCR sized Xbox has started dying I guess. This one is much slimmer and very quiet. I’m very happy with it. I’m surprised the power and eject buttons are actual buttons now rather than the touch sensing on the original.
