Great product - even better customer service

I'm picky when it comes to hands free devices. More than anything I want it to feel comfortable in my ear, I don't want it to feel as if it's going to fall out at any given moment. I wanted something that went over my ear that felt secure without pinching or squeezing my ear. I was about to say forget it and use the ear buds that came with my Samsung S9+, when I found this hands-free device. I figured, why not?! Returns are pretty easy with Amazon; I'll give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised! It's super easy to connect to your phone. The call quality is very clear. The one thing I don't like is that it will begin telling you who's calling, and all of a sudden the call is connected. I get a lot of spam calls and I don't want to talk to these people, so that's a minor drawback. (I'm sure it's a setting on my phone that needs to be fixed.) The earpiece is adjustable, so you can open it wide to slip it over your ear and then fit it to your ear. It fits very comfortably, the "bud" that goes in your ear fits securely. It doesn't feel like it's hanging there ready to fall out when I move my hair. Now the fun part! Inside the box was a card offering a chance to win another hands-free device. (I did! YAY!) It was a nice surprise! Because of that, I've had several conversation with Crystal at Comexion. She us super nice, and very helpful. I highly recommend this device!

Works well, fits well.

I was happy with how easily this headset fit over my ear, and connected to my phone. It came with about a 60% charge (the battery level shows at the top of your phone screen, which is nice), so I was using it within 2 minutes of opening the box. This is actually the second over-ear-type headset that I've owned, and as much as I liked the first, I would say this one actually fits more securely, and is somewhat louder at maximum volume. It's not super loud, by any means, but it gets the job done. Calls are clear, and the headset announces the incoming number before you pick up the call by pressing the button on the side. One weird thing I noticed with my first headset is that it tended to turn inward, and rub against my cheek. This one does not have that problem. This arrived with a total of 6(!) rubber covers of various sizes, to fit presumably any ear size. It's easy enough to forget that you are wearing it, because of its light weight. I think I will get a lot of good use out of this headset.

Great value! Highly recommend!

Sound quality is very good and the volume level goes very high which is better than most. Noise cancellation while driving is very good, this headset may not be for the professional truck driver but for the average person in a automobile or working around office or house this would be an excellent choice. Great value! Comfort is excellent, please note in the above picture that this Bluetooth earpiece is not as large behind the ear. This makes it more comfortable to wear with glasses. Last but not least, customer service is excellent. Customer service is very quick to respond to emails and questions. To wrap up this review, there are more expensive earpieces out there but why spend the money when this one will do just as well for a fraction of the cost.

Perfect

I got this because my car doesn’t have Bluetooth and I had ear phones but I could never hear what was going on around me. So I’d take one ear bud out. I just got this one and talked to my wife for about 3 hours while she was driving out of state. Doesn’t bother my ear and sound quality was great. It did go out a little bit, but I’m not sure if it was her or me. Both of us were driving so it could have been a dead area. I wear glasses and it didn’t bother me. Some Bluetooths do, also I like how the mic is closer to my mouth makes it more clearer on her end hearing me. She said I sound clear, no issues so far I think I found the perfect blue tooth so far. I have an iPhone 8 and it paird with no issues in a matter of seconds

This bluetooth comes in a portable slim case that holds not only the bluetooth but the ear pieces too. The charger fits nicely in there too. My favorite thing about this bluetooth you dont see with others is the different sizes of ear buds. Most only come with 3 this one has 7 so it can work with anyone's ear. The bluetooth itself wraps nicely around your ear. Pairing is super easy. The sound is perfect with good volume.

Sound Quality And Durable!

Got this item today and Ive been using it all day! Love it! I decided to upgrade and I am very happy with my choice! Great sound quality! It blocks out other noise which is a big plus! Love how it is so lightweight, and easy to use. If I can use this product anyone can! I do have to comment on how comfortable it is, it hasn't fell out of my ear at all. Now hubby is using it to play games on the ps3 and he loves it!

Works better than ones costing 2x the price

I use this while driving and also for some in-office meetings. Unlike other bluetooth headsets I have tried, people on the other end of the call do not complain about my voice sounding like a robot, nor is there an infuriating delay during the call. I do highly recommend reading the instruction booklet. The controls are tiny and not overly intuitive, but it all works well for me now that I am used to it. I like the little hardcover case, too.

Great Headset!

The appearance of the product is sleek and very nice looking. The instructions are complete and easy to understand. I found that the unit came in a nice case for convenient storage. It also had 3 different sizes of earpieces for easy fitting. I have small ears so most units I have ever used always had earpieces that were too big - but not this one. Everything fit very well. It is comfortable and by the end of the day, I often have forgotten that I was wearing it. The noise cancelling was fantastic. I live on a busy street and with all the outside traffic noise, my caller could not hear anything but me. The sound volume is really great too. There was only one thing I didn't like (but it won't prevent me from buying one for my husband or recommending this product to my friends): 1 - the case is small and everything fits EXCEPT the charging cord. It would have been nice if the case was big enough to include the charging cord so that when I pack and go - it doesn't have to be packed separate from the unit. All in all, this is a great buy - good working product for a reasonable price. I would buy it again and plan to get a unit for my husband.
