Pretty necklace

I love seashells and this necklace is perfect. It makes a wonderful shell choker for those casual days that you want to feel pretty.

Nice necklace....HOWEVER....

The necklace was NOT as described because it was not adjustable. Item is not returnable so I am stuck with it. Not happy at all. ***UPDATE*** The seller reached out to me and was kind enough to send me another necklace that was beautiful AND adjustable. I love this necklace! I did end up returning it because I wasn't very fond of how small the shells were, but I would definitely recommend this necklace to anyone wanting to add a beachy touch to their outfit! The choker itself is very cute, however the choker is way to big! If it was just smaller it’d be perfect. But now i cannot wear it and i am disappointed. Edit: Cusvevi is a great company. They are so nice, and they gave me a choker to replace the original . And I still got to keep the original choker! GREAT customer service. I rate it 5 stars

adjustable?

I ordered the necklace and it was very pretty, however it was not adjustable. So I contacted and they got back to me right away, great customer service and beautiful items!

This necklace is the best out of all I’ve owned previously!

I would recommend this necklace to anyone. Although it is not adjustable the little tie in the back adds something to it that you can’t get with an adjustable necklace. The overall packaging of the necklace was great! It came in a little pink baggie which then contained another plastic baggie inside containing the actual necklace and their adorable business card. You can tell a lot of effort goes into these handmade necklaces. Also when you lie down, you can’t even feel the necklace. On top of that, the tie on the back of the necklace stays secure for me all day when done properly. I have even accidentally slept it in and it still stayed secure. Overall, the price of this necklace, along with the craftsmanship that goes into it all ties into reasons why you should get it.

Great customer service

Very cute and stylish choker! Although it did not come adjustable. So my only choice is to tie it on there in hopes I don’t have to cut it off. Very disappointed. I wish I could exchange it. UPDATE: this company provides great customer service. Sent me a new necklace that exceeded my expectations. I’d shop from them again! Thank you!!
