Great purchase

Pervfect for our airstream traveling with 2 Main Coon kittens. They love it. They started drinking right away. It’s very important to encourage them to drink more water. Especially because they only eat dry food. It is very quite. Love the stainless bowl and light indicator. Great purchase.

Awesome little water fountain!

I selected this fountain from several choices offered through Amazon after reading other reviews, and because of the general design. It's a compact fountain, but holds plenty of water (over a week's worth for my two cats, although they have other water sources in the house). The blue LED light (indicating happy water fountain status) is bright and doubles nicely as a night light in my laundry room. I especially like the shallow stainless steel receptacle - this helps keep the water clean but does not allow a lot of water pooling for my Maine Coon to go splashing around in - he's annoying that way. The little flower provides a steady flow for drinking. I put mine on a small rug on the laundry counter, but there's not really a need - no water splashing. Last, it is indeed REALLY quiet. It gets a bit louder when the water level gets low, but even then it's just a slight hum. Overall, a great product and I'm very pleased.

So far great product. Have not had to clean it but looks like it will be easy to clean. We got this one for the reservoir light that indicates if water is low and pump shuts off if not water is in it. We tested it and it works as it says it does. We didn't expect to love the glow of the bowl but do and you can see the water line from the light in it making it easy to know when to fill it even before the light indicates it's low. We bought this and a cheaper water fountain for our cat and wish we had just gotten 2 of these! This one is also quieter then then other one we bought. We don't hear this one run but do the other.

Excellent Water Fountain for Excellent Price!!

This is an amazing water fountain for cats! Their old one died after a year, and kept knocking it over until it was replaced. They INSTANTLY took to this new one. I love the stainless steel tray. They like the running water and we unscrewed the center cap in the flower because our one cat likes to drink from the bubbling area. It is also much much quieter than the last. I don’t hear it at all. I highly recommend it.

Good value, works well, fits my needs.

Purchased for a cat who, like most, prefers running water to still. Added bonus: the cat's name is Daisy--sort of made for her! It works as advertised, including the auto shutoff and flashing red light when out of water. And it doubles as a nightlight. The only downside so far is an instruction sheet clumsily written by someone struggling with English. Still, it's readable, and should be read, as it recommends changing the water weekly and cleaning the fountain every 2 weeks, including disassembling the pump. Also, before replacing the filter with a coffee filter, as one review suggested, consider that the coffee filter would not include a layer of activated charcoal to remove impurities.
