They are really good and do not add a lot to the calorie total. Also I don't binge on them even though they taste like they have sugar and fat in them.

These cakes are delicious. I’ve tried the lemon and cinnamon so far. Both great! What a treat for a keto diet. I wish they weren’t so expensive but they are definitely soft, filling and yummy!!
