Portable, hassle free scanning.

This versatile scanner is on the go solution for professionals. With this, there is no need to carry them bulky mainstream scanners anywhere. It is lightweight as well as portable. These features make it easy to carry and store. It comes with required accessories, instructions and software cd. It just need a plane surface to put the mat. Just install the software from included cd to computer and it will be good to go. After installing the software insert the scanner with included usb cable to computer. Computer will automatically detect it. Just open the app and scanner will be ready to scan the documents. Scanned documents are really clear and high quality. I have cannon business series scanner, this scanner produce comparable images to that. Documents upto A3 size can be scanned with this. Scanning process is quick and hassle free. So far, i am really happy with this scanner. It made scanning documents easy.

Good value for the money.

The device works well and is very lightweight/easily portable and developed keeping non IT person as well in mind . Image quality is great AND there is no lag whatsoever with the image. Price point is good, ease of use is also good as well. Since i havent used for ages , cant tell how long this will last.. Over all good product and worth every penny

High quality scanner

Absolutely great invention. Despite being above a normal consumers budget for an average scanner, this makes it worth while. Especially if you are scanning photos or higher resolution documents. The set up/installation was nothing too major. Everything could be figured out on your own, just takes some time as we aren’t experts in the field. Overall I would recommend this product if you care about the quality of your scans.

It has been helpful!

This scanner has helped so much lately! I don't have a big printer/scanner, and I don't want one in my house. This portable scanner is more than enogh for me. The only downside is that you need a space big enough to lay the mat and scan your items. I have more than enough room, so it did not cause a problem for me. The images come out clear! and the software is easy to use. You can go online and download the software incase you dont have a cd drive on your laptop.

Amazing and easy to use portable scanner!!

At first I was disappointed because we are an Apple family and I couldn't install the program. Then we decided to add to the family a non Apple product just for school (homeschooling) purposes and proceed installing the scanner program. I couldn't be more happier. It was fast and easy to install and most important super easy to work with it. It recognize your paperwork or pictures right away you put them on the mat without needed to press anything and you'll see it on your screen ready to work with it and the image are perfect. The light is adjustable just with a touch. Foldable and lightweight making it easier to travel with. We will be using it soon for a presentation and we are super excited about it. The only thing I would add is a carrying case.

Beautiful picture and easy to use

I’ve been looking for something to replace my clunky scanner/printer and this is perfect it’s made of metal and folds up for easy storage and takes crystal clear images, the software is super easy to use and love that this is portable

Really intuitive product--very impressed!

This is really such a cool product. l am not sure what the other reviewer is talking about--I got mine to work very easily. Software was a bit slow to install but that's OK. I had it working on my Windows 10 PC in about 20 minutes. It's really cool because the scanning application has a TON of features. You can do all kinds of different scans, and certain scans will do OCR--and I found it to be quite accurate, even on the newsprint that tried on, which can be rather difficult! See the pictures for a side by side of the actual image and what the scanner grabbed as the text. It also can be used as just a live view for presentations, like a document camera, a useful feature. Coolest thing that I didn't get to try was the ability to Scan barcodes on the page and save the scan as whatever is encoded on the barcode. This is only a feature of much, much more expensive products--I was very impressed with this feature. My only complaints are just the gigantic size oft the scanner but I suppose could find a smaller black mat to use--it doesn't seem like you have to use the one given. I'd have liked a longer USB cord too but I suppose I can just buy an extension. Overall I am VERY IMPRESSED with this! Especially for the price! I really recommend it.

Great utility

Interesting technology that works very well for all my scanning needs. The software operates neatly with the scanner, which is picture based and gives out good results. I had to download software from net, so the CD was much use for me. There are multiple formats to capture the image, I used .pdf most of the time. The images are clear when you size the document on the mat properly. The material is strong and the scanner is easily packable and portable. Works only with windows, but still very useful for me.

Powerful but compact!

This scanner puts traditional flat-bed or document scanners that I've used in the past to shame. The portability of the device and the mat is great, and setup was super easy. Not having to plug in to a separate power supply (it is powered by the USB connection to the computer) makes a huge difference for using it at different work sites or on the road. I tested it with documents, handwritten notes, and books. All came out crisp and clear, and the OCR text recognition feature even worked well on my sloppy handwriting when scanning note books. The interface is easy to use quickly when you need, but has a lot of advanced features you can dig in to when needed. This will be a great everyday scanner for me but also serve to help with some big projects!
