To be honest, many reviews of this Item are great, and I myself have purchased one. Yes the item is from Hong-Kong or the Chinese marketplace, but this has no effect on the quality of the product. All items to do with (most) consoles whether brought from a high street or any other UK seller, The product originates from China.People be aware that I think the product is of great value and personally feel as if the product had a stronger feel to it than the new motion plus. Product is of 100% Great quality!

The Wii controller

The Wii controller is the best thing to happen to video games in years.My mum had trouble at first but she is a 68 year old hardcore gamer and was looking for more buttons.So if you are an old school gamer it might annoy you but everyone else will have a big grin on their face.Despite what another review has said the sensor bar is irrelevant in boxing and driving games they work on the motion sensors alone. I have controlled both of these from another room where I can't even see the telly and I have controlled the pointer by pointing the Wimote at a spotlight.

GREAT!

This is GREAT! I can just point it at the screen and the cursor appears there (or a bit below, but that doesn't matter)! Then there's the motion sensors which are also outstanding (e.g. when you`re playing tennis, you can just pretend to be holding a racket and swing your remote and your on-screen charecter (or mii) whacks the ball! There's also a speaker in the remote which makes it better (e.g on Wii play when you are playing \"shooting range\" when you shoot it makes a noise like a gun). There's also vibration (e.g when you're playing monster 4x4 WC when you get hit by a barrel the controller vibrates). Vibraition and the speaker can both be turned off to stop the batteries running out quite so fast. Talking about batteries, that leads us to the only bad bit: it eats batteries quite quickly.

My kids play Wii bowling almost every night. One of their favorite games. Finally after all these year our original remote just gave up so I was on the prowl for a replacement. This remote is just as high quality as the one from Nintendo. Everything feels just like the original which is nice because usually when you buy replacements they are totally different designs.Great addition to our gaming system. Would buy again.Thanks !
