simple to use it

SUPERB!!! wireless and simple to use it. Much better than I expected! But when I use this for the first time, I felt uncomfortable because of smaller than game pad. Once I get used to this, I prefer to use this. Why not! it is much lighter with perfect size. The size is similar to the Galaxy note 4 when I grip it in landscape way. I think this size is good for all players, even better for kids that uncomfortable to use wii u game pad like my younger brother :) I guess this controller size can fit up to XXL gloves wearers but if you have extraordinary big hands, this might not be suitable...

grandson's remote

when i received this remote my grandson was here he was so excited because has been waiting for this remote to play resident evil,on the wii, and mario golf on the internet,ok(you know grandma's we always give them what they want even after mom/dad say no) lol he was so excited that he tries to come to granny's house every weekend to play his wii by the way he has a xbox (kinect) as well as a psp.now i get total piece and quiet oh yeah he's nine going on ten in 2 months(more like 30 though lol.

Works Perfectly for a WiiU Pro Controller!

So glad I found this WiiU pro controller for such a great price! I’ve got 5 kids and we never seem to have enough pro controllers charged and ready for everyone to play games together that are 4 player. These connect to the WiiU perfectly and have normal battery life. Perfect solution for a pro controller at a much better price!

This controller looks and feels just like the authentic Wii U pro controller! I love how it feels in my hands and the build quality is solid. I will definitely purchase again if I need extra Wii U pro controllers in the future. Comes with free charging cable as well.

I am so glad i purchased this controller. I almost bought the expensive original one. This thing did not give me one issue playing mario kart 8 and the resemblance to the original one is uncanny. Great product everyone. Getting 2 more.

10-year-old son

Nintendo seems to have copied the shape of the hand grips from the XBox controller, and that is a good thing. Very comfortable to hold and equally so for my adult hands, or my 10-year-old son's little hands. Nice and light too, and the battery lasts and lasts and lasts. The buttons and switches all work great. It would have been nice if the lower triggers had been analogue, but apart from that it is all cool. I was a big fan of the Gamecube controller, but I think this has it beat.

Have three now and they work perfectly me and my kids have Mario marathons and mine craft ones as well worth every penny spent

Information for Retropie Users

First of all let me just say that this controller works great. There's plenty of reviews about how it works as a controller and I agree with the ones that say this is a quality controller and definitely worth the price. The real reason for this review though is for people who want to use this with a Retropie system. I bought this controller based on reviews so I could use it with a Retropie system. Specifically a Raspberry Pi B 3+. Once I got the controller I couldn't get it to pair with the Pi's built in Bluetooth. I tried a LOT of different things based on online information to get it to pair and it just wouldn't. I've seen youtube videos where guys have paired it up to the Pi without any problem but that was not my experience. So after trying many things and searching for a solution I came across a thread recommending the Mayflash Wireless Wii U Pro Controller to PC USB Adapter which is also sold here on Amazon. I ordered one and it solved all my problems. The Controller then paired with that and I was off to the races with my Retropie system. I plugged the Mayflash into my Raspberry Pi running RetroPie and fired up the Pi. There is a Pairing button on the Mayflash that you push and also one on the PowerLead controller that you push second. After doing that I found the Controller told me it was paired with the Mayflash but the Mayflash was still blinking like it wasn't connected. So at that point I held the A button on the Controller and after a few seconds the two were connected. Beautiful. No problems since.

Super light weight which is nice. I love how they look identical as the actual Nintendo controllers. Definitely going to buy another set of them.

We love these. They are used all the time and the battery life works well. I like that you can charge while playing if needed.
