Got this for my son's birthday party this weekend for an outdoor activity. So much fun! Everyone could play - the kids were 2nd - 4th grade. They took turns trying to flip the water balloon onto their heads and this went on for over two hours. Definitely recommend for kids or even grown ups! Just remember that this is a water balloon game, so everyone is going to get wet!!!!

My kids assembled Head Splat themselves and each gave it a try. They haven't mastered it yet, but they are sure having fun and getting wet trying! I can't wait to take it to Field Day on the last day of school. Good clean fun for a hot summer!

So, we haven't seen any of Ryan's Youtube videos or anything, but this game was still super fun and not a "fan" type thing. It's easy to do and really if you want to play with the whole family, buy one for everyone so you can compete against each other. It's easy to put on, it's very sturdy and well made. Catching the balloon was way harder than I thought, but honestly, that makes it more fun b/c then you're pretty much guaranteed to get wet. My kids LOVE it and play it all the time when they're outside!

Our 2 boys (9&6) have a lot of fun with this on hot days-lots of laughing and screaming

Grandson loves this!!

My kids love this toy! It's easy to use and my kids love games that involve getting wet. Since it only comes with one helmet, my kids added a little twist so they could both be involved. One wears the helmet to catch the balloon while the other tosses it into the basket.

My youngest kiddo is special needs, and is delighted with anything involving water. This game was right up his alley, and he also loves playing it with his older 14 year old brother. You get one hat and some water balloons. The concept is super simple: you try to flip up the water balloons into the hat. If it misses - oops, SPLAT! The wearer of the hat tries to make sure it goes in the basket correctly, or they get drenched. They like taking turns wearing the hat and getting drenched, but they also enjoy trying to "catch" it. I tried it myself, and I was surprised at how difficult it actually was to "catch" it sometimes, even when it looked like it was going to land perfectly in it. A little more challenging than it looks! As an alternative that my kids have been doing with this, one kid can also try to toss a water balloon into the hat and see if they can get it in right to make a "basket." This way, two kids can get involved (and they kind of work like a team...the hat wearer also helps to try and catch it for the thrower), and they can take turns wearing the hat while both being involved in it. This is a really fun game in the summer, and I actually recommend getting two or more hats for more players to get involved if you have more than one kid. It's good ol' fashioned water balloon fun for all ages...with a twist. Love it - guaranteed for some laughs!

My son loves watching this little boy Ryan. I knew he would be happy to get this head splat. This is a fun family summer game for sure. You will get wet! But is so fun to play.

I highly recommend this toy! It’s simple and great for outdoors in summer. My kids are preschool age and so it’s a little harder for them to get the balloon to land on the hat but they still love it and keep trying anyway. Clever toy making use of water balloons.
