True 100 ft Durable Lightweight Garden Hose

Perfect for what I need. I backyard hose that extends to 100 ft that is lightweight for easy use and doesn't kink while moving about the yard, oh and will last. I also hook mine up to my pressure washer when I wash my cars and clean the exterior of my house, garage and cement passageways. Yes, I did put this through the wringers when I first got it. I am pleased with my purchase. It replaced a hose that would constantly kink which can destroy a home pressure washer quickly or make water a big pain. Packaging is great. I love the fact that they provide 3 extra washers. Nice touch. The look and feel of the hose is really nice. A little too luxurious, like it belongs in one of those gardens that you might see in a magazine. Debris will find their way into the mesh, yet it easy to remove by wiping with a gloved hand. The brass fittings seemed better than I would expect at this price point. To address some of the concerns I read here: I read that this hose shrinks back while it is under pressure at the moment the valve opens. So, I measured resting dry length, full length while under pressure, and length while under pressure with open valve. My results: 35 Ft dry (making this easy to manage), 100 ft while under pressure closed valve, 100 ft while watering. I did NOT experience any of the shrinkage that another reviewer stated. My measurements were done with a tape measure, they were not guesses or estimates. This hose will only kink if you don't empty the hose of its water after shutting off the water supply. I don't have any real negatives. The nozzle that comes with the hose is fine, but I prefer to use my 3 foot wand with this hose for a bit more reach. A little common sense with this hose goes a long way: 1st Time Use: fill the hose with water with the shut off valve off and allow the hose to stretch and expand. Once expanded, release the water and repeat the above process once more. Attach the nozzle. When fully expanded its ready. After use, turn of the water supply to de-engergize the hose. Drain the hose completely allowing it to shrink to original size. Don't drink out of it. Don't leave it in the direct sunlight or extreme heat for a long time. Do not leave the hose out in extreme winter weather. Cautiously use it around sharp edges.

Spring is very convenient to use it to water grass, flexible, and easier to accept than ordinary water pipes. Families like it and it feels more practical than other hard pipes.

No garden bed damage

Bought a few of these cloth hoses for my garden area. I have used both plastic and brass tips. There is a HUGE difference in brass tips. They don't crack and can be more easily screwed into attachments. I would say this hose is pretty light weight compared to rubber hoses. I don't have that many issues with kinking but this hose will not work with pressure washers. I broke my other hose last year leaving it outside, so don't leave these cloth ones outside, they can rot. These work so wonderfully if you have a fragile garden bed. Hoses tend to drag across them, so this is more light weight and delicate with beds. No leaks as of now, and decent pressure through hose.

I bought this to water my chickens. I hated lugging buckets of water and I hated dragging the big heavy rubber water hose out. My husband hated picking up said water hose to mow after I left it out so I wouldn't have to drag it every day. So I bought this one and it''s so much better!! It''s light and easy to drag out. When i'm done I just go back to the faucet and stand there, let the water drain out and it just comes back to me. I do leave mine outside, wrapped around faucet but it''s never in direct sun during the day. The nozel is awesome, so easy and so many useful settings. We had some record breaking heat and I loved that I could set it on the mist setting and cool my chickens off. Long story short....I LOVE IT!!!!

I love it!

This hose is very good. It has an open and close valve to ensure no water is going out the hose, which is perfect to conserve water (and what is required by HOA where I live). The hose is durable and water smoothly runs through it. It’s very easy to store as well. The polyester material on the outside is strong and flexible which is something I’ve never experienced from hose. The nozzle spray had 9 different settings, very cool, and each works very well. All in all, I love this hose and I recommend it.

Great hose!

This thing really does what they advertise. It's compact and lightweight, and when the water is turned on it slowly expands to 100". (The expansion looks like a snake wiggling around on your lawn, which is a bit creepy, but kind of cool at the same time.) The hose is easy to maneuver and hasn't kinked at all. The on/off valve at the sprayer end is super convenient for changing nozzles. And when the water is shut off at the source, the hose slowly contracts back to it's original size. The nozzle provided has a multitude of handy settings. Only negative is that the 'soaker' setting on the provided nozzle has already failed. But everything else is working great. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

One of the best I've used

This hose works so well. It has different spray options to choose from depending on what you need to use it for. The material of the hose is great. It bends and does not kink like a regular hose. I would recommend this hose to anyone.
