Great alarm

It was easy to install and works just as it should 700 feet away . Mounted on mail box post facing up the driveway and added a small solar panel . The only time it doesn't work is when its covered with snow has only happened a few times . We get on average about 11 feet of snow per year

An Unusual Company in this era

The 1/4 mile detector is everything that it is advertised to be. Solar powered, easy to install and reliable. But, probably most of all the unit is backed by a company that really cares about it's product and it's customer's satisfaction. Believe me I have had a first hand experience with HOSMART and their Customer Service Department and they are 1st class. I will continue to purchase their products and would definitely recommend them to any buyer. They are 5 star. Robert M. Knott, P.E.

Works well for property security.

I'm using the product for property security. Works really well for this. The only issue I would have, is that you are limited to two sensors if you are trying to conceal them. Channels 1 and 2 emit a bright red light on the sensor when it is triggered. Channels 3 and 4 do not have this. hopefully future models will allow you to get rid of the red light on all sensor channels. I have not had any issues with falsing. Range also seems to be excellent. Have not had any issues with needing to recharge the battery on the sensors either. Did have one issue that was quickly resolved by customer service. Would recommend.

It arrived quickly. It was in nice packing. I mounted it on tree by beginning driveway. Wireless motion alert as advertised. I am thinking to order another one by back of house entrance. It was really easy to install it.

Great wireless range

Pro: Easy setup, great wireless range (for my application 200', thru 3 exterior walls, and one floor) Con: Would like more sensor range than 30' Very good product. Thank you.

Had a problem but Hosmart Customer Service made it right!

When I first ordered this item it worked for about a month and then I had a problem. I contacted Hosmart customer service and they were VERY responsive and quick to help. They had me send in the defective part and they made it right. Very easy to work with. Anna was the person I was dealing with. She made sure I was taken care of. The customer service alone makes this worth it! The fact that the product works and is everything it’s advertised to be is just icing on the cake!

Customer Service

The range of this product is as advertised. It actually exceeded my expectations. The setup was dead simple. It does a great job of picking up people and animals that cross the path of the sensor. I also like the fact that I didn't get false alarms from shadows or blowing leaves. It wasn't the best at picking up cars as they swept by the sensor, which was very important for me. I was very impressed with their customer service, all my questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. Even though it wasn't the best system for my situation, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again because of the way they handled everything -- even after the sale.

It works as described.

We have not had the unit long enough to judge battery life but has held up well, so far. Works as we had hoped to alert us when someone drives on the property. I would have liked a single tone as one of the sound choices but I have gotten use to the doorbell chime like alert. Would buy again.
