Best hose I've ever used...

I've seen these hoses in stores and on commercials many times but I've always been unsure on how well they would last. I was in dire need of a hose as I've been carrying the same hose from the front yard into the back yard and that hose just sprays water all over (from all the wrong places.) First I must say, I wasn't expecting a nice hose wall mount to come in the package! I was pleasently surprised by this :) Secondly, it came with a bunch of seals and after many many tests it doesn't leak at all! You hook it up, close the lever, fill the hose so it expands, and you are good to go! My kids love watching it grow and shrink. I've been using it to hook up to my pressure washer nearly every day for the past week or so and haven't seen a single fault with this hose. I've also used the included nozzle to water my flowers and lawn and that also performs really well. I went to lowes to look at their versions of expandable hoses and was surprised that they were all around $50 or more. I felt them and didn't see any major differences between this one and the ones that cost twice as much.

Fantastic hose.

Just what the doctor ordered. Expanded exactly as advertised and is light weight when evacuated of water. Bought to replace good quality rubber hose. Need 100 feet worth to reach all areas. Had to cut rubber hose into 25 foot sections because too heavy to move the whole 100 feet at one time. Going to order another 50 foot and add quick disconnect. Fantastic.

Really handy tool

My husband and I love this garden hose. If you need it, I highly recommend you just buy it. Not only is good quality, is also cheap price. This water pipe-line is long enough, and very light stretchy. We use it to clean our car and sprinkle the flowers and lawn, and it’s really handy tool.

Impressive range!!

I am extremely impressed by this garden hose! It is lightweight and has a far reaching range. I am excited about all of the different settings which will allow me to easily both water my car and flowers in the same setting. The real bonus is the bag and hook that come with the hose. Those make storage a breeze. I look forward to having this sturdy hose for years to come!

Awesome hose

The first one I got the water leaked from the plastic part, just below the brass connection. I believe the one I got was that one of a kind lemon that just happens as this hose gets great reviews. The seller was great and immediately sent me a replacement hose. No leakage with the new one and this one is awesome. I see now why this hose gets great reviews.

Great hose - lightweight and strong!

This hose is excellent. It is both lightweight and very durable. I love watching it get bigger as it fills with water and then getting smaller to stow away really compact when emptied. It's a huge bonus that it comes with a sprayer as nomally I need to buy that separately. I am watering my yard with this hose and it is working out great!

Amazing hose

Pros: super light, even when full; starts short and expands to full length; solid fittings with no leaking; comes with a nozzle with multiple settings. Wife wants a second one already. Cons: none really so far. I hope the braided covering holds up. One setting doesnt spray well but i bought for the hose, not the free nozzle. I also bought a full size wall mounted rack but condensed, this only wraps 3 times so i could have gone with a hook. There is a provided rack but no screw holes so that went in the trash but probably will just mount the next one with screws right through the plastic. Also i dont read directions for hoses so maybe i misunderstood the use. Anyway, gonna get another one for the back to replace my heavy unkinkable one.

Just what we hoped for.

This compact, lightweight hose is well-made and should last a very long time. Painters and lawn people had mistreated the original old style hose. This hose fits in a small container, gives a nice, strong spray, and is easily handled by an 85 year-old woman (me).

Compared to others....

I've had this less than 24 hours, but this is the 3rd "expandable hose" that I've purchased, and so far it seem the best, right out of the box and into service. Good pressure, better end/fit/connection between the hose itself and the fittings. I think the design of these hoses is evolving and improving. I'm submitting this review so early in my ownership because I know how many options there are out there and how hard it is to choose. My two previous purchases (one this year and one last year) are still working, but this one seems better. Also, the nozzle seems good. One of the other ones did not make it through a season. Be sure to read the instructions about putting a washer in first. It looked like there was one in, but no - it did need one. So far, I'm very impressed with this hose.
