Excellent value

This is a nice little laser. It seems pretty rugged and well made. It projects a nice, round, fairly bright dot, which in fact, is not much dimmer than the dot projected by a LaserMax Micro II laser that costs five times as much. It's reasonably compact, even with the section of picatinny rail attached. The rail is removable, but doing so exposes the top of one of the aiming adjustment screws, so it's probably better to leave it on. Due to the sharper corners on this laser, I don't feel that holstered firearms are its best application, but it does seem to well suited to AR and tactical shotguns. Longterm reliability is an unknown, but at this price point it's worth considering.

Great little laser

Don't be confused: - This is not a big laser. - It is not as bright as a big laser. - The batteries will not last as long as a big laser. - The Picatinny crown on the top (bottom?) is just silly. The good news: - The Picatinny crown comes off easily. - The package is small and efficient. - It's cheap. - I added Loctite to the adjusting screws, and it seems to hold zero. More updates to follow...

works great

Added this to a high powered BB gun works great. It doesn't come with instructions on how to adjust the Lazar to the gun on the underside there is a small Allen hole as well as the right side The wrenches are included to adjust the lazar after you mount. Bottom hole up and down, side hole left and right. Once adjusted hits dead on the dot. I am pretty happy with it and would buy it again.

Very good deal for the money

I would not recommend this for anything over 25 yards It is pretty bright but I would only use this with close range fits a Chiappa Rhino just fine but the Highpoint not so much...
