Follow the instruction for intational startup and remove clear plastic over buttons

Followed instructions to startup and then kleen. Ran every button through its cyle before making coffee. Made double espresso coffee, double cappaccino. double lattee, and single espresso everything worked perfectly. When I finished I ran the cleanup cycle. Coffe is very good and easy to make. Machine worked perfectly!! Time will tell.

This is an automated coffee machine. I just bought it and I have three flavors on the coffee machine, including original coffee, latte, and cappuccino. I prefer to get latte. It also automatically converts large cups. I like this intelligence. There is also an automatic cleaning function that can be easily cleaned with the push of a button. Very convenient. Now I have a cup of latte and bread every morning. Let my life be very convenient and convenient. I like it so much.

I have been intimidated from buying an espresso/cappuccino maker in the past, concerned it would take a trained barista to make a satisfactory cup of coffee. The reviews on this machine gave me the confidence to give it a try and I am glad I did. The instructions provided and simple one touch operation had me producing great espressos and cappuccinos from the first try. I love it,

Customer service is superb !!!

Makes great tasting espresso, cappuccino, and lattes. Slight learning curve. Customer service excels, returns with good answers usually within a day. Overall a great product regardless of the highly competitive price. Would recommend to friends. Have recommended it to friends. I use it at least four times a day, my wife loves it too, daughter uses it too. One grocery shelf espresso was a little too fine, like flour. So I bought coffee at a store with a grinder. I like this machine so much and it extracts every nuance of coffee flavor that I got an electric bur grinder to go with it. Not necessary but....... The value for the money is very very good. Did I mention that customer service is above excellent. Might be obvious by now but I love this thing!!! Cleans up easily. The milk tank removes super easily to store milk in the fridge. Cons:? None, zero, zilch, nada. Really! Believe me, if my wife uses something I spent money on, has no problems then TELLS ME SHE LOVES IT !!!!! It’s a very good and rare thing. What else can I say?

Best Super Automatic Espresso Machines

Not every espresso machine has an automatic milk frother that will deliver smooth, creamy foam,but Aicook espresso machine does. It has one-touch control panel that has espresso, cappuccino and latte options with pictures. It’s really easy to use and even easier to clean. Also, you’ll receive a tamper, measuring scoop and single and double shot cup with your order. I used creamer instead the milk. It’s very sweet and tasty. Every day is a fresh start.

good espresso machine at decent price！

I wasn't sure I liked this product at first, but I was wring. This is a good one at a decent price and makes good espresso but requires some patience and practice. I've always used the cheap ones where you pour in the water and coffee, press a button, get a cup of espresso. With this one you have to stand there and wait for your coffee because this one uses a reservoir system. The machine will continue to brew until you press the button again. Secondly, there is a reasonable warmup period, but much less than the 15 minutes claimed in the manual. it is more noisy than the cheap models but no more noisy than a Keurig in my opinion. Does it make noise? Sure it does. But it is not a problem. I've found it easy to keep the machine clean. You do have to wipe it down afterwards and remove coffee grounds, but every machine requires that.The biggest drawback for me is that you have to stand there and wait for your coffee to brew and then turn it off. If you don't like that, buy a cheap model. But this machine makes really good espresso---better than any cheap product I've used in the past. Lots of good foam (and I realize that isn't the right term). Good, robust espresso at a decent price. Be patient, give it a chance, and you'll be glad you did.

The covenience of one-button machine

Our first coffee machine and it looks very durable. Design is user-friendly and easy to use. the digital screen looks fancy. Size is what we wanted, nice and compact. We succeeded at our first time try without any previous experience. No special skills are needed indeed. This machine makes good expresso and cappuccino and if you like these, this is a great choice. It does make noise like some reviews/video mentioned, I almost reviewed all reviews before making my decision, but it's not a big issue for us at all. Of course if it can lower the noise, that would be perfect. But I assumed it would cost much. Anyway, i'm happy with my choice and I hope my review help people too
