Received a defective product but really good customer service

I don't normally write reviews but for this one I'll make an exception. When I first received the product it did not feel cheap. After using this for a few days it started to produce a low static noise which was very noticeable but not significant enough to drive you crazy. I contacted their customer support and their service is astonishing for that reason I'm giving them 5 stars, they reply within one business day and they'll do the best they can to solve any issues you get (if you have any) with the product.

Get it ASAP, I wished I knew this long time ago.

I was very hesitant in buying this because of my previous fm transmitter nearly a decade ago. But this was nothing like it. I’ve almost rated a 4 Star but realized this device deserves more than 5 Star. Easy to install, didn’t need to read the menu book at all... Made my life so easy as I drive for living. If you drive a car without the aux Jack, don’t look any where else, this is it. Save time and energy and go for it!

Happy with it!

The Bluetooth transmitter is a great option for vehicles that didn't have Bluetooth option. It is installed very easily and the sound is great. Able to make calls, listen to Pandora, and use the GPS, I would consider this device again and recommend for anyone who does not have Bluetooth in their vehicle.

Best FM transmitter for the money

This FM transmitter works flawlessly. Charging ports are lightning fast and it sounds way better than the old one I replaced (bought 4 years ago - seems the tech has improved greatly). Call quality is okay but does have a little bit of feedback while the person you’re on the phone with is talking. It looks very aesthetic as compared to others that are goofy, techy looking, seemingly “futuristic” FM transmitters. My only complaint is that due to the long adjustable neck, it is a little awkward and can jiggle itself loose on bumps which obviously causes your car stereo to blast static for the few moments that it looses connection but that has only happened a couple of times.

After replacement, worked amazing!!!

The product initially didn't work but after being replaced, it worked great! The sound quality depends on the car and the app you use to play the music but the bluetooth fm transmitter worked seamlessly with my car. I also enjoy the fact that I get to easily move it from car to car and it's worked for 2 months without issue. Will buy again for my friends or for my other cars too!!!

Well worth your money

I just got the new iPhone XS Max and had an old FM transmitter with a headphone jack and needed a new one. The old FM transmitter was horrible and would not work most of the time. I wanted a product that was easy to use and was reliable. I love this product and I am very happy with it! The sound quality is wonderful! I love that you can adjust the volume, answer phone calls, and skip songs! Before hand I had to do all that on my phone and it can be dangerous while driving.

Crisp and Clear Audio on a '94 4Runner!

Not sure why I didn't invest in this product a lot earlier. The device is simple enough to use that I didn't have to use the instructions after playing around with it for a bit. The ONLY issue that I THOUGHT I had with this product was a low hissing and high pitched white noise when playing music. I initially thought this was because I had an older model car and radio, but the solution was to find a radio channel that was empty, problem solved! (Probably says this in the instructions, but young adult here and didn't even bother looking at them.) Can't speak much of this product in terms of voice and calling since I'll be mainly using it for music, otherwise this is a great product to have!

Convenient little gadget

I love this gadget. It's easy to use and works without a glitch. The audio jack in my car doesn't work anymore. I've been listening to my music using my earbuds until I found this. Now I can use my Bluetooth to connect my phone to the gadget and then tune my radio to the gadget's station to listen to my music or my audiobook. No more dangling wires getting in my way while I drive!

Great quality sound, easy to use and inexpensive.

I was a little hesitant to order another bluetooth FM transmitter, because the last one that I ordered (a different brand and model) was tinny sounding with static- no matter what station I had it on, in spite of it having had favorable reviews. This one is AWESOME- and has clear sound, no feedback or echo and no static. If you add in the fact that it was extremely inexpensive- you end up getting a great product and a great price. Thanks
