Quiet!
I didn't find instructions to be a real let down but then again, I followed the pictures and was able to get the unit up and running in next to nothing. Be aware that there are two TYPES of screws. One set of 4 for the bottom screws another set of 8 for the top - easy to overlook that. Overall, it was well worth the money and helped reduce the heat dissipation problem I was experiencing on some videos. May buy 2 more for the rest of the house!!

Simple and it works!
Got this a little skeptical, but it really worked, and was a decent price. The small fans can be screwed on too tight when you put it together so be aware to leave some space so they can spin freely.

Good work
Good aluminum work, good fit. Some users might want a set of header extensions if they have any 'hat' boards. Cools as it should, fans so quiet I wasn't sure they were on.
