Work as well, if not better, than name brand

Following surgery, my husband needed incontinence briefs. We used another famous brand for a couple of months. Then, Amazon recommended these and had a coupon, so we decided to give them a go. Since all incontinence products - male or female - are fairly expensive, we really had nothing to lose. After using these for a few days, my husband said they were more comfortable than the other brand and also did a better job with any overnight issues. This was great, since he had been using both the daytime and nighttime versions of the other brand. If you, or a family member, need an incontinence product, we definitely recommend trying these. They work well, are discreet, and are comfortable.

Hold more liquid!

Pretty sturdy, they haven't torn yet. He wears them only at night. I mark the back with a marker, so he puts The back on the front. There is more padding on the back. So it's better when you lay down.

Great alternative to name brand, and they work better!

We purchased these for my Dad who is having difficulty with being incontinent due to prostate issues. We've tried many name and store brands, but these work better than any others he has used. Best of all, the cost is much more manageable for him being on a fixed income.

This product is basicslly an absorbent pad that soaks up urine from the crotch.

The pad is held in place by an elastic net in the form of an underpant. The pad can hold a large quantity of urine so the light weight underpant need not be changed after each urination incident, although a change is always preferable. The net and pad form a single unit, so a user wearing trousers or shorts must remove them in order to change the underpant, which is a nuisance.

Comfortable, absorbent

The Amazon brand of Solimo Incontinence briefs were a lifesaver for me after my surgery. I started out with diapers and stepped down to these. What a relief these incontinence briefs were after diapers! Just pull them on like underwear. Lightweight and not so bulky! I felt like I could walk almost normally and not as though I had a load in my underwear (as I did feel wearing the diaper). By the way, you can wear these backwards for fecal incontinence. P.S. the instructions say to wear these with the printing on the waistband, in the back. You have to pull the middle of the elastic band open in order to see the printing.

Fits and Gives Great Absorption

I bought these for my husband in hopes they would fit. He is a big, tall man that Depends XL aren't big enough for. He's also tried Depends guards with mediocre results. It is really humiliating to have a leak in public. I just want to say these fit and work fantastically. Both of us are thrilled and can't thank you enough for a superior product. Pleasantly surprised

I have a (hopefully temporary) condition which causes an urgent need to urinate every 20 or so minutes. I have never used a product like this before. It is wonderful to not be tethered to a bathroom. Even when one was 25 feet away, I didn't always make it. I don't know why some complain the underpants don't fit. I am 5'10" and 185 pounds with a 38 inch waist. The S/M fits perfectly with no leakage. I suspect people who complain just haven't pulled the underpants high enough. Also, some complain that it is hard to find the front. Just look for the absorbent pad. Alternatively, there is printing on the inside to indicate the rear. I have not had any of the other problems people complain about, such as tearing.

Comfortable, sized right, absorbent

I’m a large buyer. 6’4” 350lbs. The Xl size fits me fine and would fit larger person as well. The elasticity make them flexible to fit different sizes in the range given. They are soft and comfortable, durable enough to wear all day, and for me absorbent enough to last all day. I imagine that would vary depending on your level of need. I’ve just reached that older dribble stage so they are more than enough for me. Highly recommend.
