Exceeded Expectations!

I had always tinkered with HTPCs and IR blasters. As that stuff gave way to smaller devices like the Fire TV, I lost touch with that stuff. This became annoying because, for whatever reason, I have to have the remote pointed PERFECTLY at my TV for it to respond. So, adjusting the volume suddenly became something a little difficult. Enter this device. It's compatible with my TV, my blu-ray home theater and my DVD/VCP combo (all Samsung). It connects to Alexa (which isn't as useful as I thought). However this thing emits IR is awesome...because it can be almost anywhere and still work that TV I have to be dead accurate with to work with a remote. This device is does great at exactly what it's supposed to and it was relatively inexpensive!

Easy to use

I got this to use in our home along with our other Alexa controled devices. Over all the set up was easy and the controller worked as expected. For the price and easy set up it was worth it. Yes, I would buy it again.

Best money value.

Very easy to set up. Only issue is I’m only able to turn volume up one by one. Everything else is just perfect. I’ve tried several +80usd devices just to turn on my tv and chance channels (Harmony, Fire Stick 4K, Fire Cube) and none seems to work as it should. But this, for 20usd you can turn on tv and with your phone you can control pretty much what’s in the controller.

can't say much other than it works as advertised, you have to make sure that it's in a location where it has line-of-sight to your IR devices because that's how it works (if you can point a remote at it from the location, that's a good spot) and it'll do what you need to. looking forward to getting all of my devices smart!

Good product

At first I wasn’t sure how this was going to work then Bam! Hooked it up and was able to control My google home from the living room. It’s easy to set up and works great! You can hook up remotes and stuff as well. That was easy as we have like 4 remotes.

I bought this product to control a few items in my room with google home. Works great and just as advertised. As long as your somewhat tech savvy the set up should be easy. I do have a Kenmore fan and that brand is not listed as a compatible fan. I knew there had to be a code in there for ( You can manually add the remote however if you do a DIY remote, it won’t work with voice control, only with the app) so I started going down the list of codes of other fan brands and Airstream brand fans use the same code as my kenmore and it worked like a charm. This item does not control media centers like home theatres unless you use the DIY feature. Overall great product !
