Caregivers Dream Product!

When you are a caregiver, it is hard to find products that work for incontinence issues. These are at the top of my list for a good product. They are a lot more absorbent than the leading brands I have tried. They also fit better under my Mom's clothes. I also like the fact we can get these under the Amazon subscription service. Very convenient!

Better than the leading brandname!

I love them. Better than Depends. Gel stays in these, unlike Depends. That is a huge safety factor. Need 6 a day for Alzheimer's person (woman). Price is excellent! Fit is wonderful.

Better than Depends Real Fit

These underwear are more absorbent than Depends Real Fit, which was my husband's favorite brand. He has had markedly fewer incidents of leakage since starting to use these. I did prefer the appearance of the depends product to these, but as underwear, that is not a significant factor.

These work better than Depends for me.

I've got an overactive, spastic bladder which causes me to go to the bathroom every hour. These are very absorbent and see me safely through the night. I'm extremely satisfied and have signed up for Subscribe and Save for this item. Edit: I was a dedicated Depends wearer. These fit so much better than Depends. The price and quality can't be beat in my opinion. I've spotted both in stores and online and found nothing better for my needs. Thanks Amazon for the Solimo overnight protection!

Good Value for my ALZ Dementia Mother

I decided to try these to save money as I'm now caring full time for for my mother with dementia/ALZ. She had also lost a lot of weight in her facility so her box if store bought briefs were too large now (even after doubling up). I purchased the S/M and she is around 130lbs at the moment. I still double them up just in case and it helps especially at night or if she is on the couch. While I still use washable bed pads, its out of an abundance of caution I've developed over the years. They seem very good right now and I hope they continue to be low cost or less than name brands anyways. If you're using four of these per day on average, it adds up. I actually also would like to add that I prefer them being white over the beige or "neutral" skin color as it's easier to see they are soiled with urine. Sounds like you'd have to know, right? But if glancing and not really sticking your head there or by touch (no!) then you want to see it quickly to make a decision and get on with cleanup or go about other chores.

Try Them!

Aggressive chemotherapy treatment resulted in requiring the use of overnight protection for me. I had no experience with this type of situation and no idea where to start. I wasted lots of money on limited results with named brand product. Then I found these. While it is absolutely a true statement that not every product will fit everybody’s needs or body shape, don’t be afraid to try this remarkably less expensive brand. It was the winner for me!

Great, economical product!

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and price of these disposable underwear. They are much cheaper than the overnight product I was using previously, and only slightly less absorbent. It was a plus that this is a unisex product as my husband and I, unfortunately, both require the use of them. We are both very happy with them and both use the same size. Would definitely recommend!

Work great for my mother

Mom had been ill for many months and was on hospice care. She developed incontinence and was waking up in a soaked bed. Tried other brands, this was by far the best performing. No more leaks. Mom has since passed, but I would highly recommend this product.

Great value, as good or better than Depends

These are outstanding in terms of comfort and value. My mom is 93 and has been wearing Depends for about a year now. I learned of this new product by Amazon and like it just as well if not better and highly recommend them.

Five Stars - Great Product!!!

I have been using Depends for quite a while, usually two or three per day, and due to their poor moisturize resistance, would sometimes create a wet area on my outer garment. Thought I would give the Amazon product a try, usually a good decision, and, due to their greater absorbency and and a much better seal around the leg openings I am now getting by, mostly, requiring only one per day, no intermediate changes. Wish that I had discovered them sooner.
