These beautiful gems are large!

I use them for prizes to win during games with the young children I teach. They love them, and started asking the names of the gems and their colors. It turned into a fun learning experience.

Using gems in an object lesson.

I love these brightly colored “gems”! I am a psych nurse and also take care of substance abuse patients. I do education groups and plan to use the gems in a lesson about everyone being valuable. I plan to walk them through how rough and dirty the stones are in their natural state, and that with great care and TLC, they sparkle and are beautiful.
