great customer service

i have been lookin for patio furnitures and this is the best one u can find for this price.if u dont expect somethng in high quality, ull be happy. most importantly, they have the best customer service. i emailed for delivery question, they replied in 1 hour. when i received the furniture, there was little problem which i think not even their fault. possibly shipping damage.i let them know and they are sending me a replacement for the damaged part which i didnt even asked for that. it wasnt a big deal. assembling is easy but i would definitely recommend to have ur own tools. with the ones they send, it will take twice longer. im happy with the look, quality, comfort and the service. oh btw it comes with those 2 green cushions too at the pic i added.

Fantastic outdoor sectional!!!!!!!

This sectional is beautiful and very sturdy. It fits our space perfectly and our family is enjoying it!!!Assembling it wasn't hard and didn't take too long. The cushions are pretty water resistant!!The couch looks amazing in our backyard! Nice and sturdy and really comfy too! What more can I ask for...I’m super happy !!!!!

Great value!

Absolutely awesome! Bought the 7-piece set and such a great value in comparison to other patio furniture sets. The cushions are extremely comfortable and a bit of a darker cream/beige. The installation was fairly easy, but suggest using your own hex key since the one provided is fairly short. Highly recommend getting a patio cover or using a bit of Velcro on the cushions so they don’t blow away in the wind.

I've been shopping for a setup like this for almost a year. Quickly purchased this after finding and the good reviews (and price). This is great quality for the price paid. Cushions easily lose their "new" form, but they are easy to replace with new filling. I was missing 2 (out of 3) of the boxes of nuts & bolts. I emailed the seller (UNIONLINE INC.) and they shipped me the missing pieces within a couple of days. Amazing service!

A great set for a great price!

Wanted a inexpensive but nice looking set for covered porch and am so happy with it!! Yes, a little annoying to put together because everything needs to be put together manually but once you get started it's fairly easy! Definitely took other's advice and got Velcro sticky tape to keep the cushions in place BC they were pretty slippery. Now they are staying in place nicely so I am really happy w the set! Can't beat the price!

Great furniture - would highly recommend

Best patio furniture for the price out there. I read most of the reviews before purchasing because I was skeptical due to how inexpensive this is compared to everything else. I have to say, I am extremely happy with this furniture. It came way before it was scheduled to arrive. The packaging could have been a little better (one of the boxes was ripped, and another the tape had mostly fallen off) but nothing was broken or missing. Assembly was extremely simple and there was lots of extra hardware. I would recommend getting a screwdriver that has the hexagon head on it because using the tiny little tool they provide will get the job done, but will get it done very s-l-o-w-l-y. It is a little lower to the ground than I had expected it to be but that doesn't bother me at all, just might not be a good seat for Grandma. The cushions do slip off the seats quite easily, but I had read that in a review before purchasing and got some sticky velcro to stick to the seats and sew onto the cushions which worked like a charm. The cushions are a bit stiff, but I loaded them up with so many plushy $3 IKEA pillows that it doesn't even matter. Overall this is a great product for the price. I'm sure I will be getting a ton of use out of it with the weather warming up.

I received this patio set today and I am EXTREMELY satisfied with it. I just set it up on my patio and it is stunning. It is super comfortable and the quality is very good. My patio is so beautiful!! I am so glad I got this patio set!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUYING THIS!!!
