Frustration free in every way.

These bags top the others hands down. I did my own side by side vac and seal test between these bags, another really good bag not currently available on Amazon and a nationally known name brand bag. This bag never failed to vac, to seal or to stay sealed which, sadly, I have experienced with the other “like” bags. Great performance. Great price. Great delivery. What’s not to love?

works perfectly with my seal a meal

The bag of the nutrilock that I bought before was used up. before my next business trip, I want to make some food for family on the weekend, I found that there is no bag, and the foodsaver bag that I went to homedepot to buy, is expensive and in small quantity. Then I thought about storing some bags in advance, in case of need. I haven't used this brand before, but the price is good. I have a seal a meal vacuum sealer. This bag works perfectly with that machine. The speed of vacuuming is no less than the expensive branded ones I've used before. In addition, some transparent bond guards are attached. I will try to store the beef short ribs in the coming days. I might come back to add some more comments by then.

a forever customer now

As long as the quality doesn't change down the line, I will continue to buy the Wevac bags. They're cheaper than the foodsaver--- which ultimately means I will be more likely to use the foodsaver - - which means more savings in groceries and a better decision that I bought the FS in the first place. Nothing worse than buying an expensive piece of equipment and then not using it because of refills. I don't feel that anymore.

Great pre-sized vacuum bag

I'm in my first year of vacuum sealing and have tried two other kinds of bags. I like these the best because my previous ones were on rolls. I had to cut and seal one end. Sometimes I underestimated the amount of room needed and wasted a bag. With these bags I am saving a lot of time. I made the decision to not over stuff the things I choose to freeze and this is a good size for storing hamburgers, chicken parts, even liquids. The other day I had some great sauce I made for a pork chop dinner. It was too good to toss out. What I did was pour it into a regular freezer bag and let it freeze. Then I removed it and vacuum sealed it in one of these bags. That is my work around for sealing wet or liquid foods, sauces, and gravies. The bags also seemed slightly thicker than others I've used, and easy to label with a "Sharpie." I will reorder these when I run out of my current bags.

Small, but they work!

I would only purchase these for small items. They fit one large chicken breasts or two mediums chicken thighs comfortably.

Perfect size for a household of one.

As a household of one, these are the perfect size for me. Being able to purchase larger quantities at the lower “family size pricing” and being able to freeze it saves me money. (Chicken thighs were $.79/lb, but in 5# packaging😳) Although I could fit 4 into each bag, I usually freeze in packages of 2. Overripe bananas (3 large, 4 medium — just the right quantity for a banana bread recipe) fit in nicely. I also use these in the pantry for homemade cookie mix. A half batch fits in each bag and is great to have on hand (these are also great “thank you” gifts). These seal well. I use a sharpie to identify date I packaged.

Great bags! Works with Food Saver Vacuum Sealer

These bags work great and are very good value. I can separate portions of meats and even meals for 2 in 1 bag. Works perfect with the Food Saver vacuum sealer. This was a reorder! The pint size bags work perfect for us!

Do over review

So I have to redo my review the first time I only gave it a one because the bags were not sealing for me. I have obviously changed it to five stars because it turns out it was my Vacuum sealer was not working properly. Therefore it’s only fair that I give it the right review. Once I got the machine which is old to function correctly the bags worked amazingly and I like how you can tear them open so I would most certainly buy these again. Sorry for the only one star you got the first time but I want to make sure that I corrected it

Anti-piercing slices

Two years ago I started using vacuum bags to keep food fresh, but the hardest part was to avoid the bones of the meat piercing the bag, sometimes the bone pierced the bag and it was easy to create a frozen burn in the refrigerator to destroy the taste of the meat. This bag comes with a transparent, piercing-proof piece. I didn't expect this little thing to be so helpful. This is really practical. Specially The price of the bag is also really affordable. I think I will buy it again soon.

Been using this brand since i purchased my Vac sealer, First time with this Size

This Size is Perfect if you're like me and do one chicken breast, one steak, meal Ect... I don't have to trim the bags, they have spots to write information on them. They seal up great, and if you ever question the seal just make a second seal. I would recommed this size if you do single portions or chops of meat.
