Good quality, doesn’t easily skip... good size & price! Great DVD player!

I bought this cause I do NOT allow my grandkids to use devices at their age! Not even to watch a movie!! I’m very strict with that and do not believe in it until their are older.. as I did with my own! I don’t want them being stuck watching YouTube like I see many toddlers these days! So a portable dvd was the answer to then wanting to watch something while out and about... I carry this along every time I have them so they can watch in the car or wherever we end up! I choose this one cause of the swivel 11 inch screen!! I figured for 2-3 year old swivel is the best option cause I know it would be harder to break since the screen can move all ways!! Plus it came with a remote so while I’m driving I wouldn’t have to reach back and try to guess what button to press! We used to have a basic Sony one when my youngest (9) was a toddler and it lasted us years but cost me double back then.... for the size, quality and features this was a much better deal than I got before! Remote is definitely a plus to have!! The quality of this one is very similar to our old one! It’s Well made, yet lightweight enough! Swivel screen works great, Remote is awesome... not sure what the range is but for the distance I need it at it works great!! (Normal car rides is when I need the remote) Sound and picture quality is nice!! I’ve had it a few months now and have not run into any issues even after 2 toddlers fight over it and handle it rough at times! This has turned out to be a great portable DVD player! It fits right in their day bag so I can pretty much take it anywhere!! The 11” screen is great for when I have to wedge it between my 2 front seats to allow both of them enough space to watch it! It doesn’t skip easily while driving over minor potholes or bumps on the road... it plays well without stopping or pausing with every little scratch which would be annoying if it did... to date this has been an awesome playing DVD player! Charge life of built in battery is pretty decent! I always keep it fully charged and I’d say I’ve seen it play 2 Disney movies on one charge and still have a bit of life left, and I’m fine with 2 movies out of one charge!! I have not had it die on us yet!! This has been very helpful with keeping 2 toddlers still and patient while I’m driving, shopping (I put it in the shopping cart for them) Dr. appointments and even at restaurants!! I put the volume on a good level for them to hear and not the entire office or restaurant! I have only tried DVDs not Blu-ray’s cause I don’t take the Blu-ray’s near the toddlers, most DVD sets come with both anyway so you'll have choices if anything... I can’t say if it will play Blu-ray but I’ll try and update this review as soon as I get a chance.. This would also be great for camping, vacations, plane rides, or long commutes when you have little ones who need something to occupy them aside from devices!! Any how.... this is a good functional portable DVD player for the grandkids or anyone..Based on the quality and features I’d be comfortable giving this a 5 star without a doubt! PERFECT PORTABLE PLAYER for all ages!

After a long search for the best portable DVD player, I’ve found the Wonnie. This was a gift for an elderly gentleman with no tv or phone. He instantly fell in love with this technology and finds it easy to use. The size and weight are perfect for traveling. The battery life surpasses expectations. He was able to enjoy an entire season of Impractical Jokers on one charge! The picture quality is superb. In addition, I found WanNian(the seller) to have outstanding customer service. Thank you for this wonderful gift. I will be purchasing more of these.

Great portable DVD/CD player

There are times when having a portable DVD/CD player is very handy...whether it be while traveling, in the car with kids, or just for personal use. The Wonnie unit provides a great quality picture while playing a DVD, and the sound is better than expected from its built-in speaker should you want to play a CD. I’m very pleased with this purchase, and highly recommend it if you need a very versatile, lightweight, and great quality device.

Nice sound, clear pic, extras

This is the second of these we have ordered. We use one in the basement and one in the car. The remote and cords and charger included are a nice bonus! The sound quality is better than expected for such a small unit. This can be used to play DVDs and CDs as well. The picture quality is clear. Nice price point for a quality portable DVD player.

Good and sturdy for children's use.

I really like how sturdy it feels. Some DVD players are flimsy and my children already broke the screen, but so far this is good! Also, the sound and screen quality are also very good. Good choice!! Highly recommend. Also it is easy to operate so now my kids can play their DVD's on their own! Because I don't have a tv at home, this is their beloved screen.

Great Player

This is an excellent DVD player. I bought it for an 11 year old and its held up well. It still plays movies when its tilted on the lap, etc. My son has no problems operating the player. He doesnt use the remote, so Im not sure about that. but the actual player is definitely worth the price. The only issue I had is the title on the sales page. It says nine inch... then 7 inch further into the title. I originally thought this was nine inches. But its only 7. Not a big deal compared to the qaulity.

EXCELLENT DVD Player / GRANDDAUGHTER LOVES IT

My 3-year-old granddaughter LOVES HER new DVD player. (meaning it USED to be mine). This player is high quality. She can operate the player with the easy to access buttons. I love that I can control it with the remote while she is watching it. The picture is so vivid. The sound is crystal clear. She loves when we hook it up to the big screen TV. The swivel screen is a plus. She loves how it moves and the different angles. The player allows to me to be able to watch tv while she watches her kiddie videos on HER DVD player. She has even watched some movies her Daddy loaded on a usb drive. Our last trip to my mother's was so peaceful. I placed the player in the holder that I ordered to accompany the player. She was entertained for hours both ways. It comes with everything you need. Since she is only 3, I did purchase a set of child's volume limiting headphones extra. You can't go wrong with this purchase. I must admit, when she was napping and after she went home, I played some of my videos on the player. Movie Theatre experience! Order you one before they sell out ! ! !

Very portable. good sound and picture

This portable dvd player works well. The remote works but you can also use the controls on the player itself to control playback which is nice. You can plug it into your tv or any other screen with the VGA wires. I like that the screen swivels a full 180 degrees. You can also plug your headphones into it. perfect for traveling.

Good, convenient Portable CD/DVD player.

I am happy with the purchased. I am looking for good portable CD/ DVD player and this one is a good compact size for travel or home use and easy/light to store away when not in use. Especially love that it can also connect to TV at home and all possible cords are included, for wall, car and to TV. It’s easy to use and doesn’t really need to read the instructions. When connect to tv, the screen can be turn off. It’s what I am looking for.

Love this DVD Player

My granddaughter loves her DVD Player, she watches it all the time. Got her some headphones and she loves watching her cartoons on this cute little player. It is just perfect to carry everywhere we go because it is so light. We also take it back in the house to watch in her bedroom. The high definition is so perfect and it does not skip or stop. Colors are also vivid. Thanks for making such a great product.
