I have a cat pee problem. I have 3 cats and my Alpha doesn't like it when I travel, or when people come over, when random dogs come to stay, the sky is the wrong color, etc. He's on kitty Prozac, and yet ... I have tried literally every product out there, and this is the first one that really works. It is actually neutralizing the cat pee smell. I can't believe it. I'm thrilled. It does need to be used in a portable carpet cleaner, so that is an added expense ... but it's cheaper than replacing your carpet.

Removes pet odors

This product worked really well to get out dog smells and even cat urine - after a few applications. The scent of the cleaning solution is a bit strong on initial application, but once the carpet is dry and has had a few days to settle, the scent from the solution becomes pretty mild.

Great product

This, along with the bissel smartwash, does an amazing job. It has a pleasant scent and removed stains that I thought would never come out such as the make-up my kids ground into the carpet.

Light on scent but strong in cleaning.

I get migraines from cleaning products scents that are too strong. This product did not give me a migraine. The scent is strong enough that you can smell it but not strong enough that you can’t smell anything else. I was pleasantly surprised at how much product you get for the money. The best part of the product is it was able to get out a stain my son put in the rug two years ago.

If I could give the scent 100 stars I would

This smells SO good! If it wouldn't wear out my carpet I would clean it every day just to smell this. My dog had marked my apartment a lot but I guess I was completely nose blind and didn't realize how bad it was until I had carpet this clean. I was really worried about it being sensitive enough for them so I rinsed well, and I have 0 complaints.

Great for pet stains

We kept a friend's dog for a couple of weeks and she left her mark. I bought this Paw & Claw stain remover from Hoover and it worked great. It even got out some old stains that were hidden under a throw rug. I will keep this on hand!

Works great!

I borrowed my mother's hoover professional vacuum and this worked wonders on our carpet on the 1st floor. Great price and got dog urine and other dirty matters out of the carper left by the previous owners.

Great buy

I ordered a shampooer and while it came with a bottle, it only got me 5 tanks worth. Happy I bought this at the same time as I would have been pretty unhappy I couldn't finish the job with what came with the machine. Plus it came with a coupon for my next one.
