Excellent meat thermometer!

The appearance of it is bright and inviting. It is extremely easy to use and all of the functions work just as explained in the very easy to understand instructions. Both the card insert with temperature guides and the general guide on the thermometer itself are wonderful. All of the features are easy to use and the response time is so quick! The backlight makes it very easy to read! We were extremely happy with this product!

Awesome food thermometer!

This cooking thermometer is the best I've ever bought! I've bought several over the years and they always seem to break in a few months or stop working. This feels very sturdy and durable and I'm confident it will last a long time. It reads temps very quickly and it's super easy to use. The screen even automatically rotates. I didn't even notice the bottle opener when I purchased it, so that is an added bonus! It also comes with a list of proper temperatures for cooking meat. I will be hanging onto that for sure and use while cooking! At the affordable price, the quality is unmatchable! I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a good food thermometer to buy this product!

Works well - fast, simple

This thing is great, far better than the non-fast-read unit that died on us. (We did get ten years out of the old one, though.) Note that it is quite large, which doesn't affect function, and the probe tip is long and slender. Very happy so far.

Future Grill Master thanks to this Product

I purchased this recently and have used it several times already and it works great. Shipping took longer than I would have liked but it was worth the wait. I love that it comes with a meat guide and also a small temperature cheat sheet on the thermometer itself for ease while cooking. The backlight display and built in bottle opener are also nice touches. It’s also magnetic so great to slap on the fridge to grab when needed.

Great price and quality! I love this thermometer. It swivels to both sides and isn’t stationary. It’s not bulky, which I really like. It’s accurate and makes a great gift. I’ve personally bought 3 of them for gifts so far.

Rotates the display

It looked sturdy and durable when I first opened it. The temperature reading rotates, based on the orientation of the thermometer. You can read it no matter which way it's facing. It takes a watch battery. It's easy to use and small enough to keep around and not be in your way.

Great small thermometer!

Awesome thermometer! Comes nicely packaged, great for gifting. Super easy to use and has guide for meat temps. My other thermometer didn’t have backlight and was the needle manual one that was hard to read. There is no guessing with this thermometer. Bottle opener is a great bonus! I wish it came in more colors. Will order more in the future for the grill master men in my life. Great fathers day present.

How many grill thermometers have you gone through? If you’re like me I’ve gone through quite a few. They’re either made cheap they only last for so long and you either have to have your cookbook next to you so you can see what the temperature has to be or you’re running in the house to look on the packaging to see what their recommendations are. This Alpha griller is by far one of the best thermometers I’ve ever owned. First off it has a bottle opener! How convenient is that ?! I also love the idea it has a HOLD function!! Do you know when you pull the needle out all of a sudden the numbers start changing because it’s no longer in the meat - this thermometer holds the temperature so you can see What the temperature is… now I know why sometimes the meat has been overcooked LOL. The best part about this it has a back light !!! Turn The light on and YOU CAN BBQ IN THE DARK.. without holding or dropping a flashlight to see where your temperature is. Backlit screen and large numbers are great

Worked well and was within 10° of another digital thermometer I use. At a temperature of around 200°, a 10° difference it’s not that big of a deal, and who’s to say which one is actually the most accurate. The backlit screen and large numbers are nice.

Great meat thermometer

I really like this thermometer. The added features are a great plus to this product. I have limited drawer space in my house so I really love that this is magnetic and can stick to my refrigerator or grill. It also comes with little velcro stickers you can use to store it somewhere that isn't magnetic. It has an added bottle opener for those of us who like to imbibe while we grill or those who like to add a beer to their recipe. I really like how it automatically turns on when you flip out the probe. The temperature reading is accurate and fast in my experience. It has a lifetime warranty which is awesome. I would definitely recommend this thermometer!
