The button is not broken like people think

So I read the reviews about the broken button. But I dont think that was the issue. Because I had a "jammed" button as well. But what I realized is it's not like a button you're used to it only takes a light push so it doesnt push all the way in. Also when I pulled it out the pack the button was already pushed so that's why it seemed like it was jammed. I plugged it up and it was on. It ran its 3minute course and turned off. The button unpopped itself. I just ran it again a few hours later to double check. So you push the button it goes in a lil and then pops back out when it's done. No broken button. I like. WARNING... It gets really hot when steaming so do not touch it right after. Definitely let it sit for 20 mins like the instructions say plus that's an extra steam clean while you're letting it cool down. I feel like it really cleans your cup better than boiling

My new favorite appliance! I really hated having to boil my MC in the kitchen. It was also awkward trying to explain to my toddler what I was cleaning and why he couldn't play with it. Now I can clean it right there in my bathroom. It's compact so it lives under the bathroom sink and it's only out for 20 min so I don't have to worry about the kids seeing it. It also works REALLY well. The top comes off pretty easily when it's not running so be gentle removing it or you may get splashed. I also found that it works better when you let it sit for a bit after like the instructions recommend. I run it while I'm in the shower and the timing is perfect.

Replaces cup boiling

This sure beats having to keep a separate pot & whisk/mixing thing & boil it monthly. The lid even has 2 markers inside of it for the water.

I just used this for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. I’ve always had concerns about keeping my diva cup safely sterilized and decides to take a chance on this. It was easy to use and worked very well. I noticed a significant difference in how my cup looked after being cleaned once with this as opposed to how it’s looked after I tried to clean it before. Definitely worth the money. Easy to operate, stores away nicely, and very effective.

I just broke down and got on the cup bandwagon. I didn’t like the idea of boiling my cup in a pot I use for cooking, or in the microwave that I use for cooking food. So I bought this. It’s amazing. Simple to use. I steam my cup before I use it the first time each period, and when I’m done using it for the month. (Still use a cup wash before Using for start of period, in between each emptying, and after my period is done.)

Great product!

I love this! Much easier than boiling or putting in a microwave. It’s also very small and easy to fit in the bathroom discreetly. It fast too, can run it while you’re getting ready in the bathroom and nobody will know! My only complaint is the fill line for water is super hard to see, but it’s not a big deal to me. I took a picture of where it is and circled it, so you can see just how hard to see it is. I’d highly recommend this and will update as I continue to use/if anything changes.

I foster kittens and bought this to sanitize nursing bottle. I have a larger sanitizer for this purpose but it cumbersome to use for just 1 bottle and my microwave has become increasingly unreliable so steamer bags aren't always an option. Everything fit inside the steamer perfectly and it worked as expected. I didn't have any of noted issues with the button when using it multiple times a day for approximately 2 weeks straight. It's lightweight and takes up very little space when not in use, which makes it easy to store and super convenient to travel with.

Works well and as expected. It gets very hot so make sure to let the object rest a bit before handling after use. I have noticed a big difference in cleanliness and reduced sensitivity since use. With this all my irritation is gone. Must have for cup users, so glad I purchased.
