• ☑️ 【 Upgrade LCD BACKLIGHT】Our water meter equipped with low-power backlight technology to test water at night or in dark places easily. It can also be used to distinguish between drinking water and non-drinking water. Red backlight(ppm>40) means this is non-drinking water.
  • ☑️ 【 ACCURATE AND WIDE MEASUREMENT RANGE】: The advanced 3 in1 (TDS, EC, Temperature) conductivity pen equipped with premium quality titanium alloy probe to achieve high accuracy, and reliable Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) ensures reading always be accurate at various temperatures. Testing range from 0-9990 ppm, the resolution is in increments of 1ppm,indicated by a blinking 'x10' image.
  • ☑️ 【TEST YOUR WATER PURITY】: With our slim and lightweight conductivity meters pen can test how pure is your water? Just stick it in about 1 inch deep of water, then TDS water tester can tell you your overall water purity level, which will be displayed on the screen in ppm (parts per million).
  • ☑️ 【 EASY TO USE AND HANDY】: Just stick the TDS meter tester into the water of 1 inch deep, then stabilized readings will be auto-locked on LCD backlight screen in seconds, TDS tester shuts off automatically after 2 minutes of non-use to conserve batteries. Features a hold function that saves measurements for convenient reading and recording.
  • ☑️ 【WHAT YOU GET】: 1 TDS water tester, 1 user manual, 1 preinstalled battery, 2 extra battery, 1 leather case, our fan-favorite 3 year warranty and 90 days money back guarantee if there is any problem with the digital TDS water tester meter.

Product works better than expected and is extremely accurate. I tested it several times in various waters that I had readings of and it was 100% accurate each and every time. Great for camping, job site work, curiosity, and just for nerdy fun. Product came with a leather pouch and two extra batteries not including the battery inside the device itself. I am really happy with my product!

I've only had this little gizmo for a week or so, but it seems to be doing the job. I primarily bought it to help quantify concentrations of silver while making my own colloidal silver, which it seems to be doing very well. Its also nice to help keep my water company honest. Having access to known particulate values, this unit seems to be highly accurate so far. Of course the units used by water companies cost hundreds, if not thousands of dollars... so if this one even comes close to known values, I consider it a huge win. Having another thermometer handy never hurts either. This one only seems to indicate air temperature, NOT water temp. Overall, this is a great little device to have handy if you're at all concerned with your water quality. Note: this only measures total dissolved solids (salts, certain minerals and such) and will not give readings for total suspended solids (sand or other things that wont dissolve).

I bought this to test the efficacy of my RO system's membrane. I was due for my annual filter change, and had a sense that my RO membrane was shot. I purchased this about a week before ordering my filters and used it to confirm that the membrane was indeed shot (so I needed all 4 filters, not just the other 3 excluding the membrane).. I got readings of about 180ppm, which was only marginally lower than my tap water. I was a bit skeptical, since I would have through the other 3 filters in the RO system would reduce the TDS by a bit more (albeit not down to RO quality), but I was wrong about that... So, I went ahead and ordered all 4 filters here on Amazon. The following weekend, I sanitized the system and replaced the filters. I ran two tanks of water through the system (to flush out any impurities), and took a reading towards the end of the second tankful. That reading was in the 40s from the RO system, while my tap water read in the 180s - I took another set of alternate readings which were consistent -- RO about 40, tap water in the 180s, which shows that the meter was indeed identifying the different TDS levels. After another two tanks of flushing, my RO system was down to 35, while the tap water still read in the 180s. About the red/green backlighting: it is set at a very low threshold on this meter -- if your water is not near-RO quality, you will get a red backlight along with the reading. While it's safe and pretty typical of tap water between 100-300ppm, it will have red backlighting to indicate it's not ideal. If your water is closer to ideal, the backlighting will turn green. Another important note -- I bought a similar meter here last year, but despite saying it had a 2032 battery, the battery was soldered onto the board, so it wasn't replaceable. So I returned it on the basis that I didn't want a disposable meter. This one is not only removable, but at the time I ordered it, they also provided 2 extra 2032 batteries.

This TDS Meter has turned out to be a great choice. I've lost count on how many meters (much more expensive too) I've tried only having to return them. This one's a keeper. Worked right out of the box and remains accurate.. have checked it against some high end meters and it keeps within about 2 points.. Exactly what I need to keep my plants eating healthy!!! Am thinking of buying a few more especially at this price!

Do not understand the complaining..... Compared my tap water straight off in the red, not certain if this is correct as the reading was 30, back light red. In fairness, will attempt some more trial before a yay or nay. Did arrive with 2 spare batteries and cute lil case you can hang from belt or pocket...That is if your out and feel like testing water? :)

The TDS water filter was affordably priced and worked accurately! I bought it just to test the reliability of a newly installed RO System under my sink that gave a TDS of 002 mg/L. I had thought the RO Sys was broken or inaccurate. I bought the TDS digital meter to make comparisons. It read the exact same reading at either TDS 002mg/L or 003 mg/L. I also followed up by testing my tap water without filtration. That read TDS 23 mg/L. Very happy with my purchase. Cheap and did the job.

This is a perfectly good meter for finding the ppm's of solids in my water. I have used MUCH more expensive types of same and still have identical results. And it is at a very good price.

Product appears to be well made and comes with a case. I don’t have another meter to compare to, but each test of my water seems to be reasonable. My tap cold water is about 22ppm, my hot tap water is 40 (old water heater), my refrigerator water is 22 (filter not worth $50 every 6 months) and my reverse osmosis is 0...just like distilled water bought at the store. It is easy to operate and the instructions are intuitive.

We tested pure Reverse Osmosis water which had 3ppm, with minerals added 9ppm and water from the tap with 150+ ppm. We installed a reverse osmosis system to reduce uranium in our water and needed to test it. Even if it if there is a slight deviation, this works perfectly for our purposes at a low price.

I've had several of these meters. This is by far the best of the bunch. I can't attest to its accuracy bc I don't go that extreme with its use. BUT... the company even sent along extra batteries!!! I thought that was so cool. I've never heard of a company doing something like that.
