Versatile, Accurate and Well-Built!

This range finder fit my budget for an all around distance and angle measurement tool to use at work. I recommend using the tripod adapter for best accuracy, but even when hand held, the results are good enough to estimate distance, angle and height within a few feet (I confirmed the height measurement of a 40 foot storage silo with a tape measure, and it was within 2.5 feet). I even got good results when measuring the speed of traffic on a nearby road. If you're just using this on the golf course for distance to a hole, you'll find it more than adequate. The build quality is surprisingly good, with clear optics and a grippy rubberized coating. The carry case is rugged and affords good protection when the rangefinder isn't being used. The unit charged fully in a few hours, and battery consumption seems reasonable. The controls are basic and quickly understandable. The only minor issue is that the data displayed in the viewfinder is in black text that can be difficult to see against dark objects or in low light. It's not a deal breaker, but some folks might prefer an illuminated green or some other color that stands out a little better. All in all, this is an excellent rangefinder given its features and price.

Works Great!

The rangefinder is easy to hold, light weight, feels sturdy, and looks expensive, not cheap. The optics are excellent and the laser is accurate. I ran this through a variety of tests and the distances to the object are accurate. The calculated angles and height were a welcomed addition to the rangefinder. The devise can be changed meter/yards and already came with the "yards" setting on for a USA customer. The eye piece is easy to focus, but cannot be done all with one hand; you can hold the finder with one hand and focus the eye piece with the other, no big deal. The documents state that it can take 30,000 readings one one battery charge, and can be charged 800 times (30,000x800=24,000,000 readings) and batteries cannot be replaced. So those details remain to be tested. Altogether, this is a quality product.

Great gift

This is a great gift for the hunter or golfer in your life. The rangefinder is lightweight and easy to carry. The case fits it perfectly and is well made. It is really accurate and easy to use. The battery life is excellent.

Accurate

Want a scope sight some day but figured I find something compact and cheaper since I like target shooting with pistols and golfing so wanted to utilize something that I can use on multiply hobbies...and it seemed to work as it should! I was looking for awhile and places in town like big chain hunting stores wanted at least $150 so im glad I found cheaper online

Good and accurate

Super intuitive, eye relief isnt the best, but as far as i can tell its very accurate. Kinda wish i got the longer ranged one, but i knew what i was getting when i ordered this. Definitely worth it.

Great Hunting Gift

This was a gift for my Dad for hunting. It is great that it is rechargeable so he doesn't have to worry about batteries too. He said it's easy to use and seems accurate when testing it through the fields.
