Excellent quality excellent price heat gun

I bought this heat gun for craft projects but before I could even use it I needed it to thaw a mini refrigerator that was iced up. I ran at 4 about a half-hour melting ice and it still works perfectly. It has 2 heat settings which also gives you two fan settings. I use the high temperature high fan setting the whole time and it worked perfectly and didn't burn anything or overheat anything but worked quickly. At any time if you wanted to hold the front of the unit or shut it off the unit was never hot to the touch so it is a good tool for kids under supervision it is not very loud so you can talk over it. Overall a very good unit. It also has a built-in stand which is not really needed

Good for popping bubbles

I use this to help pop bubbles in my epoxy and works really well. It’s easy to hold and maneuver over the molds I have. Great value.

YOWSER! It's Hot Because It's a Heat Gun That Works - yay! Homidic Heat Gun Upgraded to 662℉, Dual-Temperature Professional Heat Tool, Mini Handheld Hot Air Gun. I bought it primarily for heating labels to release the adhesive more easily without destroying the surface where the label or sticker was adhered. In addition to loosening adhesives, I've used it for embossing and heat shrinking plastic and tubing.

Surprisingly Good

This little unit (which I got here for around $10) does exactly what I need quickly and easily, which is to shrink heat-shrinkable tubing. It heats up quickly, and having two temperature settings is a nice plus (though I haven't had much use for the lower setting yet.) I especially like how the metal nozzle on the business end is protected by a plastic housing, which dramatically reduces the odds I'll touch it accidentally and get burned. We'll see how long it lasts, but thus far I'm very pleased.

Great tool for frequent crafting!

Bought this to assist in my crafting projects. I use it to heat my vinyl decals so they stick better to wood and metal surfaces. It has worked great so far! It heats up quickly and has a nice stand so you can rest it down without burning anything. I especially appreciate the longer cord to reach areas on large projects. This has really given more longevity to my craft projects!

Nice little heat gun

I am using this to remove labels and other stickers from books and paper. It worked great right out of the box, is easy to hold, has protective stand that keeps tip from touching surface when you set it down. This tool puts out plenty of heat for my purposes. I use it mostly on the lower of the two settings. I was using a blow dryer before, and really appreciate having this tool which works faster and is easier to hold.

Good for bubble popping in ArtResin

I use this for my resin and it works really good for popping bubbles deep in my resin bowl but you gotta get really close which is no problem with me. I use art resin so idk if that plays a role in it. It take about 3 seconds to get heated up good. To eliminate as much bubbles as possible, pour a think layer of resin then blow dry, then pour some more then repeat. My resin is either bubble free after using this or has the tiniest bubbles that not just anyone would see.

Great price on a great product

Just what I needed. The unit is a great price for what you get. It’s comfortable to hold in the hand and directs heat to a specific area if needed. Two power settings come in handy. Only con would be the mustard yellow color...what were they thinking?! Highly recommend.

Great for smoothing out hand poured candles!

I use this to smooth out hand poured candles. It’s super easy to use and works great. I can zap the candles quickly and they dry out and set evenly.

Saves a lot of time.

I tried ther ways to shrink wrap, blow dryer, stove heat, etc. This is MUCH faster and more professional looking.
