Standby mode (update on fix)

(Ok finally found a post online to show me the fix. Turn soundbar off, hold power and volume down buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. Turns power save off.) First, if I'm using fire tv it automatically goes into standby mode every 20 minutes. I've checked every setting, there is no standby or power saving settings. It sounds good but sometimes it sounds loud and at other times it isn't loud enough at max. Sound modes show very little difference in sound. You cannot use the sound bar with echo subwoofer. If you choose Theater sound it will only use your echos w sub or the soundbar. Going to return.

High recomend

The sound quality is phenomenal. I hardly need to raise the volume past 15, where as my television needed to be at 100. The FireTv interface is smooth as opposed to the lag you get from other non-Amazon devices. The ability to also have additional devices connected is wonderful, as the sound quality from my Xbox was previously abysmal. I highly recommend this for any person in need of superior sound quality.

Surprisingly good soundbar!

I went on a well deserved shopping spree over Thanksgiving and bought several sound bars for each of my TV setups in multiple rooms. I was not aware that TCL manufactured sound bars but this all-in-one design had incredibly good sound with nice volume, tight bass and crystal clear highs (I particularly like having individual tweeters). Compared to my other sound bars, I would best describe this one as having a very "smooth and sweet" sound signature. Just very pleasant to the ears but yet enough power to be satisfying. Embarrassingly, this blew away a Samsung $400 soundbar that I had already purchased.

Nice entry level sound bar

Sound quality is much improved over TV without sound bar. Make sure you install correctly with front of sound bar having unobstructed view for remote to function and don’t block TV remote sensor.

Two in one, firestick and sound bar

I’m using it for my TV In my living, I don’t have a smart TV and the remote does not turn my TV on, other then that I’m happy with it

Sound is okay, of course it could be me, not knowing how to change settings? I was expecting more of a cinema affect. But overall it is good. Love that has ftv built in.
