I purchased this after trying another company's version that just did not work reliably with my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+. This Samsung adapter worked the first time I used it exactly as expected....and is working reliably each and every time I plug it in. It works well with my headphone's microphone for phone calls. It even amplifies the signal so I dont have to have the volume cranked up. I highly recommend this USB-c to 3.5mm adapter, especially for Note 10 phones!

AT&T failed to inform me or their sales agent that all the flagship Samsung Galaxy 10 lineup do have a headphone jack port and the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 & 10+ do not. That being said it is on them that I was happy to find this just as I need to hardwire in for my singing app Smule Sing! I recommend getting a Samsung brand name adapter so if for any reason something should go awry, you can be protected because you have used a licensed made for Samsung matching part, while yes others are available they are not genuine Samsung and this seller was the ONLY ONE on Amazon with the actual Samsung brand name adapter! No static no functionality issues only the Samsung excellence we're all used to as they far surpass their competitors including their TVs! To the degree that I bought a second one to keep on hand and will likely get a couple more as I use it everyday. The quality is fantastic. No crackle (I see some have reported that and I want to say that phone covers can cause a non full plug in or non full connection and that's the only possible way I can see anyone having issues.) I notice some are angry you cannot charge your device while using this headphone jack port connector but if you have a flat charging Samsung disc then you can set your phone on that but.... These phones have powerful long lasting batteries so powerful they can charge other people's phones and still be going strong. So if you want to charge while using your hardwire headphones look for the Samsung disk that's flat and it charges just fine while enjoying your adapter. I find this adapter to be VERY superior and I have used my original one everyday all day since this review and as I said already ordered another one as I anticipate wearing the adaptor out, not because it has issues but because I literally keep myself plugged in nearly all day to sing on Smule or listen to music and to make and receive all my calls so I don't have to bend my neck. Recent studies show when we look down at our phones we are putting 60lbs PSI on our cervical spine. So plug in and keep your phone level with your field of vision to the horizon. Again, I'll be getting a few more and cannot stress that if you have a Samsung phone getting another brand risks your warranty so it is prudent to stick with the Samsung Brand Headphone Jack Port Adapter! Completely satisfied, EVERY note model owner/user and music snob so I would definitely say otherwise if I weren't so entirely pleased with this one and my second purchase of this great product and I highly recommend it still! *** UPDATE #2*** 3/26/2020 With non stop everyday use today, my first one I got in January "bought the farm" happily. I didn't bother to contact the AWESOME seller because I did it myself with my ongoing everyday use and I was ready with another one on hand! I got a back-up on 3/3/2020 and just plugged back in to continue as if nothing ever happened.. Today 3/26/2020 (global crisis occurring) May anyone affected be lifted up in prayer and all lost may we remember each and every single life globally, amen. 🙏❤🙏 I just ordered 2 more to keep on hand and I will likely grab a good pile so I will always have what I need. And I have wicked AWESOME headphones with 44mm drivers and I can also turn off the outside world with the switch of a button as well as use the Sony app that can customize my new generation Sony's that far beat Bose and any other hardwired headphone that is under $300 USD... Sure I have awesome Bluetooth headphones too but I rather like being hardwired in regardless of what I'm doing. Still completely satisfied, still entirely recommending this seller AND this adapter as I await #3&4 to arrive 3/28/2020 because it FELT AWESOME TO HAVE NO DELAY WHEN I TOASTED MY FIRST ADAPTER TODAY AND SIMPLY PULLED OPEN MY STASH TO OPEN ANOTHER AND GO! The only adapter that worked!

I tried two other brands on Amazon, and upon plugging them in, got the read out "Not compatible" on my Note10. This genuine Samsung cord is the only cord that actually worked, it played both my music and my panasonic headset for phone calls. Works like a champ. Don't waste your time, just get the Samsung adapter.

Worked like a charm. Comes in official Samsung packaging. Sound great in high res headphones. I debated going with some of the off brands. But I decided to buy this one.

Works Just as expected

I currently own 2 Samsung devices, a Galaxy Note 10+ and a Galaxy Tab A 10.1, and both are supported, i've used some apple earbuds and cheap Sony wired headphones and both are working just fine. a small note here, with the apple earbuds you can stop/pause, but not skip tracks with the buttons in the headphones. however sound quality is great.

Worth every penny

Pretty legit. It allows me to use my old & expensive Sony earbuds. It even lets me use the earbuds mic. No static noise whenever I rotate it. I tested it on my Note 10+ & Note 9. Both worked great

Works perfect with the Note 20 Ultra 5G!

I bought this to use with the headphones from my Samsung S10+ when switching to the Note 20 Ultra 5G. I was a little nervous as some other reviews (on other USB-C adapters) said the adapters don't work on their phones. I figured I better go with the Samsung branded one, just in case. I'm very glad I did. The quality is superb. I'm not worried that this will break down with extended use the way some Apple-branded cords eventually do. I am able to use the volume control on the wired headset and the sound is clear. This adapter was just a couple of bucks more than the Apple or knock-off ones, but its well worth the extra coin. I recommend this to anyone upgrading their phone that still wants to use a wired headset.

Fantastic little thing!

I don't know why I didn't try and find this sooner. I have an older car, and it doesn't have Bluetooth. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 +, and it doesn't have a headphone jack. With my Note 9 I could listen to my books, and music when I drove, but lost that ability when I upgraded phones. Not any more! The sound quality is perfect. I couldn't be happier.
