I just started baking and thought I didn't need this until I started using it. The price is great and the scraper is a must have for scraping dough off sides of my mixer bowl and counter. Spend the couple of $'s to make baking more enjoyable! Happy baking!

We don't have a lot of storage space and these do the job perfectly, but don't take up a lot of room. Big enough that they don't fall out of the top rack of the dishwasher.

I like that they are stiff but still soft enough to conform to the side of a bowl.

Easy to clean. Easy to store. I like the colors. Very functional!!!

It’s what it is I think, only if it was a bit sturdier I’d be completely satisfied. The edge bends a little and wiggle when you cut the dough, and I’m not talking about hard pasta dough. I’ve been making break at home for a while, and cutting the dough is easier with these tools. It does the work. It would be perfect if you could modify the plastic to be a little more hard. I still recommend it over the metal ones (my previous pretty expensive one got rusty after a while)..

These are comfortable to use. They clean the bowls in one swipe, without leaving any residual material behind. This makes bread baking less stressful for people with a low stress threshold.

Just the right balance of flexibility and stiffness for intended purpose of scraping rounded bowl frequently during folding and kneading of bread. Size is OK; I would prefer them to be 1/2" bigger all around but they don't seem to sell such an item on Amazon. Anyway, life-changing if you've been making do with too-soft spatula scrapers or something else.

Like so many other people, I've been cooking and baking a lot more these days. I've made sourdough a few times now, and ignored the instructions to use a bench scraper to move the dough. I finally relented and ordered this simple and tiny piece of plastic (or 2 simple and tiny pieces of plastic I should say). It's actually worth it. It makes it so much easier (and cleaner) to work with dough..

It's flexible and conforms to my bowl. The flat side lets me scrape up the mess on the counter after I'm done. It also is very useful if the dough is sticky and you are working more flour into it. Very glad I bought it, it speeds up a time consuming process when kneading the dough.

Started making sourdough in these pandemic times and learned that a knife does not make a very good dough scraper. I just wanted to get something inexpensive just in case my hobby doesn’t last. This works just as imagined. Much better than a knife. Seems to be a good amount of sturdy and flexible!
