Dont wast your time trying to decide just hit buy now....
Review date 5/12/20 These are some strong thin magnets. As seen in pic. 1 will hold a 16oz hammer to my fridge with ease. This set Came with 3m sticky pads which is nice to affix them to something non magnetic. For the price to quantity ratio. I definitely did not expect them to be this good. I appreciate the nylon spacers as it makes them easy to remove a single magnet from the bundle. So if your like me and been searching on amazon for decent magnets. That aren't gonna break the bank. Trust me you will be more then pleased with these ones. I have only had these for a few hours and I been showing them to other. Their so amazed they to have placed orders to get their own. To the ones that complained they are brittle. Of course they are. Their N52 the strongest of neodymium also makes them the most brittle. Get lower N rated if you want less brittle. You also magnetism to. Hope this helps someone find what their looking for. As I spent hours looking at all the magnets amazon has to offer.

Powerful
These are very strong magnets that are not for playing around with. They come packaged with plastic barriers between each magnet that hold them apart. Be careful when removing them because it can ping your fingers if you're not careful. Amazingly strong.

Fantastic!
I have used a lot of Neodymium Magnets, so I know to be careful and check the polarity with extreme caution. Even with the dividers it takes a good deal of force to SLIDE one off. These work perfect for me! I am using them with magnetic vinyl as the substrate, so the force is reduced, which is what I want, but the ability to position them and move them about is excellent. I attach (2) 3/8" round corks near either end for handles, using a small piece of the included 3M adhesive strips. These are used for airbrush paintings to hold down masking material with just the right amount of pressure. I configure all of the magnets to repel each other, as I don't want them to snap together. Even in this configuration I can position them within 1/4" of each other end to end, as the surface tension is in a nice balance with the magnet strength, so they don't repel too much. I can put them side to side and they repel about 1". Just BE CAREFUL!

These magnets are strong and will hold up fabric.
Moved to a new place and want to be sure to cause the least about if damage to the walls. Need the window in the bedroom to be blacked out. Used the existing mount which is made of metal as my base. Put the bars in the holes where the curtain rod would go and stuck the curtains and magnets right on the mount. Resulting in a perfect blacked out window with zero damage to the home.

Great way to hold items
I am using these back to back on my greenhouse flaps... some to hold them down at the bottom. the others are positioned to hold the rolled up flaps to the upper rails out of the way. SUPER- DUPER strong. I learned that 2 together on each side of the plastic... is stronger than where they come in contact to the metal. Works great from me once it had them in perfect location for my needs. They do not move at all.

Amazingly strong
If you're not used to Neodymium magnets, you'll be surprised how strong they are. Be careful when you put them down on a flat surface: they'll jump together at surprisingly long distances, and they're a bit brittle -- like all thin Neodymium magnets -- so they might crack: cosmetically not as nice, but they're still just as functional. They arrive in a stack with spacers, but they're so strong that you can't pry them apart -- you have to slide them apart, and once again be careful to put them down with enough distance between them. Very happy with them -- I'm buying a second batch.

Not really "Fragile" but they will break. So read the description!!!
These magnets are as described, but I wasn't sure what to expect from "fragile" when they "collide". They WILL BREAK if you don't follow the instructions pulling them apart since they really do hold together!! When I pulled one off I didn't expect them to pull back together from the distance and snapped one. I should have moved the one I pulled further away. They are strong. I did not break any when attached to metal or pull away afterwards.

These are M-A-G-N-E-T-S!
I bought these for a craft project I'm working on and they are PERFECT. They are really STRONG. They came in a great little plastic box with plastic separators between the magnets and separate adhesive strips if you want to attach them to something. Only one flaw, two of the magnets didn't have a plastic separator between them and it took some time to separate the magnets without breaking them or getting my finger pinched. I took my time and I was careful so I didn't get hurt. But human error is understandable and I wont count off for something that doesn't affect the quality or the usability of the product!

Super strong
They are so strong you have to be very careful. My kids love playing with them!

Wow, SO Powerful!
I wanted to use these magnets to build my own artist's pochade box, and be able to clip things to an old metal Army/Navy box my mother used to use. These ABSOLUTELY do the trick. There are pochade boxes out there that cost up to $500, that use magnets in a very streamlined way. These magnets are incredible and do the trick. They are pretty easy to remove. I think it is the magnetic strength that you first encounter while sliding them apart. But I like that very much. Worked extremely well for me.
