They work with Alexa

I gave these a 5-star but I have one major complaint. But it's a pet peeve of mine and does not take away from the functionality of these plugs. My complaint is that you HAVE to install the Smart Life app on your smartphone or tablet to configure these plugs BEFORE Alexa's system will recognize them. Additionally (not part of my complaint), you must enable the Smart Life skill before Alexa will see the devices. Borrowing the terminology from Microsoft Windows past, these devices are NOT plugin-and-play. Once you've got them configured through the smartphone or tablet app, it is very easy to get Alexa to recognize them. They work well.

Life saver and a great deal!

I LOVE this item for turning lamps on/off! HUGE lifesaver if you do not have overhead lighting and use lamps in living room or bedrooms. I had been looking at the AmazonBasics Smart Plugs for a while which are 24.99 a piece but I was hesitant to spend that much. This comes with 4 and was 29.99 when I purchased it, so a much better deal. I use this with my Alexa/Echo and it was fairly easy to set up. It look me about 5 minutes to plug it in, download the Smart LIfe app, connect to wifi and my alexa app and setup was complete. Of note, this plug is comparable to the size of a hairdryer plug and it is a little bulky. I love this so much I now have to buy another alexa/echo for my other rooms with lamps.

Excellent smart timer

This is my first "smart" feature I have added to my home. I like to have my lights on timers to fit my routine. The little pin/tab models have worked fairly well but I find they sometimes get off as far as the time lapsed so eventually are on their own schedule. The tabs are also very sensitive to being disrupted to again have your schedule modified. I was looking for some new ones and saw this product. I just got 4 set up on my WiFi and it is pretty impressive. I realize this is a very basic option that has been available for years elsewhere but as mentioned...first one for me! The wonderful bonus I have now is to be able to simply turn on/off outside of the programmed schedule if I change my schedule for that day. Assuming they continue to work as expected I am very pleased with this product and feel $7.50 each is a great value.

Exactly what I needed

Love ittt. Use it for my growing lights. Also for my birch tree lights. I even connected it to a google dot my friend got me for Christmas. It’s so easy to install it hurts lol. I can set up a timer on my phone for whenever I want it to turn on or off. And now I can tell google to turn my lights on and off. Would ya look at that & it only took 10 minutes to set up(that’s with all 4 lights and setting up google dot) LOLLLL

Great value and quality

Purchased my second set of smart outlets. They are easy to set up with my Alexa and are heavy duty. I use them for different applications throughout the house. Very satisfied and would recommend them

Must have for Christmas lights

These work great, especially for Christmas lights. The app is easy to use, not sure how it works with 3rd party voice assistants since I don't use them. You can set up scheduled on/off times, turn them on/off via app or buttons on devices. So far very happy with quality and their usefulness.

It is very easy to use. There is a socket in the cabinet at home, which is cumbersome to operate. It can not be turned on or off every time you use a shovel to align it. With this socket, the phone can be remotely controlled and can be switched on and off regularly. convenient. It is recommended that Xiaomi reproduce the power strips. Each slot can use the WiFi switch independently, so that it can accurately control the charging time and other users' special needs.

Totally awesome

These are awesome!! Worth the money. Had my tree hooked up to them since it was hard to get to the plug. All I had to said was turn off the christmas tree and it was off.. same with turning it on. Love these and will be getting more!

Smart!

These are great for turning on and off items such as heaters or lights, it is a good alternative to having smart lights and the ability to control with Alexa and Google is very useful for handsfree control. They were a little difficult to set up initially, but after doing the first one I could figure it out.

These are fine, work as expected. I use them for floor lamps with multiple bulbs. You get four plugs for a good price!
