All I can say is WOW!!!

I admit, I was skeptical of this product at first but it has absolutely delivered amazing results and then some! Not only have I lost weight literally overnight, but I am also getting the best sleep I have ever gotten, with absolutely zero morning after “hangover” like with other sleep products. I wake up each morning refreshed, with a clear head, and best of all, with a flatter stomach than the night before!!! This stuff is legit

I've been taking these for a little over a month and am down 9 pounds!! They do cause looser stools and a little stomach upset, but nothing major, and a small price to pay for such good results. I feel like the side effects are a process of detoxing and ridding my body of any fat I consume. In addition to taking these pills, I do drink at least 64 oz of water a day and I try to get at least 8,000 steps in a day. Other than that, I haven't really made super drastic changes to my diet. I try to make better, healthier choices, but I still indulge in pizza and chocolate here and there. Moderation is key. I 100% feel like these pills are helping me acheive my weight loss goals however. I like that I take them at night and they help me sleep, as opposed to taking anything during the day that makes my heart race or gives me jitters. 5 stars for sure, and I will be ordering more. Thank you for a great product!

I've lost 5 lbs in 4 days!

First things first, I highly recommend these! I just had a baby less than 2 months ago and went to the doctor on 05/05/2020 and I weighed 165.5 and I started taking these pills that night, well today, 05/09/2020, I am 160.2 There's not much of a flavor and they are really easy to swallow. They also help me sleep much better at night and I wake up feeling refreshed even if I only get 4-5 hours of sleep. Which is nice since I have a toddler and a 2 month old! I already feel much better not only physically, but mentally as well. But I have also changed my diet to eating healthier and that has helped quite a bit as well! I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this product! I hope y'all can enjoy them as much as I have just in the past 4 days!

What I needed!

I’m excited to use this product! The first two nights I took the tablets, I was able to sleep well, felt well rested in the morning and my stomach felt soothed. I like the fact it has melatonin and tryptophan to help with sleep, which is important for weight loss. I take them before my last meal of the day. In the mornings, I have been feeling energetic and not hungry. The proprietary blend has a good choice of ingredients that are all very beneficial for weight loss, as I have seen many studies for those ingredients in articles. This is the extra boost I needed to incorporate into my healthy eating and exercise regimen. I’m excited to see how well it continues to work and see results.

Love it, great sleep and I dropped 3 lbs the first week

This product is wonderful. My sleep is amazing now. I have always had trouble with sleeping until now. I get the most rest I have ever had. And on top of it I am regular. I have always had trouble with constipation. With this product every morning I have a regular bowel movement. This may not sound like much to some, but to people who suffer from chronic constipation this is very important. This may be too much information, but I know it’s going to help someone else out there. The only drawback is that if you are any on any other kinds of medication such as gabapentin you may be a little drowsier than normal for the first week or so. You will sleep great but still be a little drowsy after you wake up. But it is absolutely worth it to get a good nights sleep. And on top of it I have lost 3 pounds in the first week. So I would highly recommend this product. I am also using a slim tea which has helped also.

I’ve only used these for a little bit so far, but I like them. I’ve noticed I sleep a little better when I take one of these before bed and it doesn’t give me any jitters. I like night time pills better because I don’t have to worry about forgetting to take it if I’m busy during the day.

I'm very pleased that this product is working for me. I'm honestly sleeping better and I'm happy to report I've dropped 3 pounds already! So far, this product does what it says it'll do.

Amazing supplement

I love this product! I take it before dinner. It helps me fall asleep quickly. I’ve really been struggling with that and if I get woken up, which I do by two little boys A LOT, I have a very hard time getting back to sleep. Not while using this! Back to sleep quickly. I can also really tell the next day. I’m not starving at all throughout the whole day. I haven’t taken it long enough to really see a weight loss change, but I’m pretty sure it’s going to help!

No Complaints!

I find these easy to take. I take them right before I go to bed and unlike other vitamins it doesn't get stuck going down nor does it have an after- burb effect. Obviously without totally isolating it and not using anything other supplements it's hard to tell exactly how effective it is. That said I have lost weight since I started using this along with some other metabolism boosting vitamins that I take during the day. It doesn't make me nauseous or dizzy like other ones I have tried so overall I'm happy with it. I love the idea of burning fat while I'm sleeping so I will keep on using this!

I was a bit worried about some of the ingredient whether it will keep me awake at night or not. But looking at it again, it has melatonin which helps you sleep better. I can't say yet whether it will make me lose weight, but the product itself has really good quality and doesn't give me jitters like other products! Looking forward to finishing this bottle to see any changes!
