It took a little work and the right tools to get the back off the phone. .definitely reccomend having a good set of pointed tweezers, and a guitar pic or 2. If you do not have a guitar pic you can easily create one from old gift cards, etc. If you are not mechanically inclined, I would pay to have it professionally done it was a 3-4 on scale to 10 as far as difficulty . Took about an hr. from start to finish. Not rocket science, but not like plug n play either. Works great. There are helpful videos to walk you through the process on you tube.

The price was very reasonable. I supposed it would cost me at least ten time as much if I replaced the lens at a cell phone repair shop. The Samsung S8 rear camera glass lens by Afex was very easy to install. Using a pairs of pointed tweezer and hair dryer, it took me less than ten minutes to remove the old broken rear lens and install the new lens. After replacing the rear lens, I took a dozen of pictures to confirm that the replacement glass lens worked just like the original lens. There was absolutely no distortion or deterioration of picture quality after installing the Afex Samsung glass lens. Since the package came with two lens, now I have a spare rear camera lens. If you are not sure on how to replace the Samsung S8 rear camera lens, you can search youtube video for "Galaxy S8 Cracked Camera Lens Replacement".

Great fit and easy install on my Galaxy S7. I just used tweezers to get the old broken glass & sticker off and cleaned everything up with alcohol before applying the new glass. Great price. No more glass shards coming off my phone into my pocket or fingers! Plus, there's a second lense in case it breaks again. I'm hoping my phone is still waterproof but I'm not going to test it anytime soon.

The product works as advertised. Good quality. It's held up a bit now, and no noticeable scratches etc. If you're replacing a cracked/fractured glass lense be absolutely certain you've cleared out all the shards of glass, first. Else you might end up with extreme focus issues... I ended up thinking the lense was bad, and replaced it with the second from the package only to result in a completely different focus issue. Banging the phone resulted in shards surfacing to the lense, and the focus issues have gone away. Nice and clear images now.

I finally got brave and removed the shards of my original camera glass and tried this out. I peeled the liner off the adhesive, then left the oversized clear front plastic on so that I could hover over where I wanted to stick it. I was able to line it up and feel confident about it before I stuck it down all the way. It adhered well and works as well as the original did before I mashed it.

Worked perfect!! My galaxy s7 edge which i had for 3 years drop after drop finally camera lense shattered. I used hair dryer to heat up and a knife ro pry out broken glass shards. Got a little of the glue up and the whole thing pulled out. Cleaned camera with rubbing alcohol let it dry, qpplied new lense. It wouldnt focus so i banged on it then it started working. Lense fit perfect and looks factory. 10 min fix. Super easy. Thanks 2 lenses for 5 bucks got an extra one just in case.

I was skeptical about this product I have bought several other brands before and it broke quite easily and quickly. This was easy to install and a very good quality would very much recommend.

I fix cell phones for friends and family, and sometimes do it at work. This is just like the original. I will however tell you you need to remove every single little piece of glass, then once you do that, blowout the dust and such so you don't ruin your camera. Once you do that, take the sticker off, put it on, push down and hold for 45 seconds, and good as new. Very happy with this, and I also have a backup now.

I originally figured these would be thinner than the original or might be blurry but the fit is perfect and clarity is as good as the original lens. I would assume that these are actual Samsung OEM parts though likely repackaged.
