So, I'm giving this part a 5 star because I got the part on time. It was the part that said it was, but unfortunately it wasn't the part that I needed. I was able to return it easily at my local WholeFoods with no issue and the credit was applied promptly. Even though I needed a different part altogether, my experience with ordering the part, the quality of the part, returning the part for the necessary part, and required refund went rather smoothly. Since then, I was able to replace my latch button and can happily open my back/trunk/hatch door again :) It's great because I saved soooooo much money, too!
